French Riviera from Nice

Excellent small group tour of 8 people. Guide was very informative and knowledgeable about what we were seeing and the history of the area. Minor difficulty catching what he was saying sometimes as English is his second language, but mostly it was good. Very helpful. Tour covered what I wanted to see, although it would be helpful if passengers could be advised when to have a lunch stop as we did the whole day tour and returned to Nice to pick up passengers for the afternoon leg of the tour. We managed to get something to eat in Antibes but this cut into our opportunity to have a good look around the town.

Thoroughly enjoyable action packed full day trip of all the sights of the French Riviera. I visited Nice over the bank holiday weekend with my daughter and this trip is well recommended for those having a short break and wanting to maximise their sight seeing opportunities. We were so lucky to have sunshine and blue skies to highlight palm trees and seaside homes along South of France shores during our drive with stops to and from the Italian Markets. We especially enjoyed climbing the hills of scenic town, Menton, and viewing other old villages from winding roadways, as well as cities of Nice and Monaco. The Mediteranean really is turquoise-blue! Our tour guide-driver, Ralph, was very knowledgable and accomodating.

We were met by very friendly tour guides and driven in comfort to Antibes where we were dropped in the centre and given time to explore as we wished, our Guide was informative and helpful and took us up to Cap D'Antibes for the wonderful views providing us with interesting facts all the way. Moving on to Cannes, again, plenty of information and dropped right outside the Film Festival giving us plenty of time to explore. I would definitely book again - this tour really made our day on the French Riviera special.

Great introduction to the French Riviera especially for those who have never been there. Intimate and enjoyable. Just wished there was more time in Monaco and Monte Carlo as there's less to see and do in Cannes and Antibes so should spend less time there. Loved Eze Village and Fragonard!

If you are looking to visit the towns along the coast of the French Riviera without renting a car this is a great trip to take. You see a lot of sights and the driver was very informative about the areas. But if you are looking at spending more time snooping through the towns this is not the one for you as the stops are fairly brief. My husband and I used the trip to visit all the sights and then go back to ones we wanted to spend more time in.

The tour actually offered by the vendor in Nice was different from what Viator indicated n its site. I was disappointed that half the day was spent sightseeing in Monaco (Since I had already been there). Fortunately, our local guide worked to accommodate us.

Firstly the weather was great in Nice from where the tour commenced. The driver was a little bit difficult to understand but it was worthwhile just to see Cannes with the handprints of famous stars. The film festival was only days away and so we couldn't take photos on the red carpet. The shops are the most expensive I have ever seen with Louis Vuton, famous perfume shops etc. We also saw the expensive boats of the rich which were tax dodges as they were registered in the Cayman Islands. We also visited the old town in Nice which was built over a river. Pleasant half day.

My wife and i enjoyed the ride from Nice to San Remo and back. There was a beach side stop for a great meal with a fair price tag. They all spoke English!

This tour takes you all the way to Cannes and then back along the coast. The film festival was just getting started when we were there. Monaco was getting ready for the Grand Prix too. This tour mixed modern marvels with medieval towns. You saw allot in one day. We got our money's worth. Did you know that John Wayne had a house on the Riviera?
