Doing what: Bear Mountain Full-Day Cruise
We had so much fun! The views were beautiful, the alcohol was flowing (you might even call this a "booze cruise") and the festival at Bear Mountain was great! Would do this again in a heartbeat.

This was a highlight of our holiday. The driver was so informative and went out of his way to show us the falls colour. Well worth the money spent. We have lots of pleasent memories.

Doing what: Fall Foliage Spectacular Tour from Boston
Everything abut the trip went well. The crew at the bus terminal were very helpful and the bus driver was entertaining throughout the trip. Only thing I think could be improved would have been at the farm shop. It was slightly long. It would have been better if there had been a cafe to have a coffee. Overall an enjoyable experience.

Doing what: Fall Foliage Spectacular Tour from Boston
We had a good day out in beautiful weather. We were there in late September and the leaves were just starting to change colours. The coach driver was both friendly and informative. It was a relaxing way to see some of the countryside outside of Boston.

Friendly driver and great day out, but was a bit late for the foliage. I still enjoyed it and could imagine how it should have looked, but felt sorry for people doing this tour the week after us who would have seen little. Loved seeing all the quaint New England homes, and were taken to a great restaurant for lunch.

Doing what: Bear Mountain Full-Day Cruise
We very much enjoyed this trip up the Hudson to Bear Mountain. The narration on they way up was interesting. The sound system could use some improvement. I have good hearing and did not have any trouble understanding what was said, but others struggled. The October Fest at Bear Mountain was fun.

really was awesome!! He went above and beyond, which most tourist are hoping for when they book a tour.

The bus driver interjected too much of his personal political opinion during the trip. I did not go on a bus trip to look at foliage to hear about politics. We get flooded with plenty of that on the TV

Doing what: Bear Mountain Full-Day Cruise
We struck beautiful weather the day we went and the qutumn colours were really coming out by end of October. The actual boat trip was nearer to 3 hours each way which we found too long, but if youi enjoy sitting and watching the scenery go by for that long it isnt an issue. Would not be relaxing trying to amuse kids for that long. Our primary goal was doing photography once we got there, and we had a lovely time walking around the lake and getting out our tripods. The climb up from the boat may be difficult for elderly people and those with prams. The Octoberfest was extremely underwhelming and the stalls were full of the most horrid tacky merchandise. Overall if you have a good amount of time in New York and want a day out of the city its a nice thing to do.
