The people at Kualoa Ranch were great, informative and made the tour well worth while. They even called after I reserved to find out what time we would arrive so they could help plan our day. Dinner was not as good as I expected but the price was right and the entertainment was great.

Kualoa Ranch is an amazing, beautiful location and I definitely recommend visiting it if you're on the island. The Ranch is Oahu at its most pure - huge mountains, lush green tropical vegetation, the occasional rainstorm...absolutely glorious!
Not only are the ATVs fun to drive around, but for an entertainment buff like me, the leftovers from movie sets are pretty cool to experience. Our particular guide was not as descriptive as I would have hoped, but friends who have done this tour have indicated that this was not normal, so the amount of information you get is probably dependent on how knowledgeable/talkative your guide is.
Definitely consider doing this tour if you want to mix a little adventure with some nature - and a dash of Hollywood magic!
