Great tour guide Leo C. Very knowledgeable and a comedian to boot!
The guide was informative but was not impressed with the tour
A lot of mucking around to get the ticket.... then we couldn't actually get the THREE day pass at once... had to be a 2 day pass and then come back another day. Such a time waster. Some of the things we wanted to see were closed and we weren't notified. I think if you want to use the pass you really need a car as some things we wanted to do were so far away and we had to get there as only the entrance was included in the ticket. Felt there could be a lot of improvements to this Honolulu Power Pass. It certainly didn't live up to its name in our eyes.

This was sadly only an average tour and could have been a lot better. Our pick up was 15 minutes late from the time that we were given on the phone even after confirming with the company the day before. There were lots of pick ups in Waikiki and people not on time. The bus driver even forget to pick up someone so were already running late by about an hour as he had to go back into Waikiki. Having done this for so many years, I wonder how you forget a group of 4 people. Due to this one of our visits was cancelled as we had to make up time to visit the Ranch. The Japanese Temple visit was good and the birds and fish were fun to feed. The Dole Plantation visit was rushed and we had no time to do the train tour as not much of the Plantation is seen by solely visiting the visitor centre. Sit on the right hand side of the coach so that you can see the views along the coast.
It was great saw many things we would not have seen.
All driver guides were very knowledgeable and pleasant.
Our Oahu Grand Circle day tour was certainly one of the highlights of our stay in Hawaii.
From the minute we boarded the coach at our hotel our driver and tour guide, Keao, informed and entertained us with his knowledge of Hawaiian culture, history and the island itself, as well as with his singing and continuous stream of jokes.
Whilst lunch at Kualoa Ranch was OK I would have loved to have eaten at one of the many shrimp trucks which we past along the way.
The stops along the way were well planned and interesting and showed us the best of beautiful Oahu.
A particular highlights for me were the beautiful Byodo-In Temple, visiting Sunset Beach and the pineapple ice cream we had at the Dole Plantation.
One disappoint for us was the 20 minute Kualoa Ranch's Legends and Legacy Tram Ride. It was just a 10 minute ride up a hill with some nice views of Mokolii Island and a prerecorded commentary about the Ranch and a 10 minute ride back down.
All in all we had a great day and would highly recommend it.

A well organised Tour that covered the main sites on the Island. The Bus was comfortable and teh Driver very informative and quite entertaining.
Disappointing to say the least about the Dole plantation. Product sold in the store came from Thailand or was processed else where. Island tour was informative and answered many questions
the scenery and stops were nice. could cut out Dole plantation and spend more time at scenic overlooks
everything went well using the power pass except the Hanama Bay snorkeling staff driver whom were extremely rude and unprofessional on Oct 2nd, 2013. He failed to tell us what the p/u van looks like and did not get off to pick us up. He just drove by the hotel and expect to flag him down when we don't even know what van he drives. No sign posted on his vehicle noted. When we informed him for early departure after an hour of snorkling, he did not show up on time and made us waited 1 1/2 hours. When I call to remind him to pick us up , he yelled at me and called me "trouble customer". We hold back our frustration and didn't say anything because we did not want to let his rudeness spoiled our vacation.

we stopped for lunch at the Kulia Ranch and had good photo stops.at beaches,a lovely temple complex etc.It was a good way to see most of the island if you had limited time
Fantastic tour would definitely recommend.
Wonderful day taking in the sights. And what beautiful sights they were!
Garfield was the greatest GED for the island tour that I could have ever hoped for! Went in not knowing what to expect came out amazed.
Ten out of ten thanks! The bus was excellent. Modern and comfortable. Our driver Ed (Just Ed :) ) made the trip really interesting and informative. Great sense of humour. He must have been exhausted at the end of the day. If anyone is thinking of doing this trip, we highly recommend it. Much better than driving yourself. We learned so much about the island, the Hawaiian history, pronunciation of Hawaiian names, any special happenings. You name it, Ed covered it. He really was awesome. We did this trip on our third day and so glad we did.
