Our guide was wonderful and they were right on time. Our only complaint was the drink lines were very long. By the time you got your drinks many activities were going or gone by. It was the sme issue when we got in line to get our food unless you had a drink it was too late to get another without missing something. They need more serving @ the bar and or asking people @ their tables. With the expense of the night there is no reason to spend most of it in a line and @ the end of the evening only had 3 anyways. Over all it was fun and entertaining, would recommend.
On another note I had booked a pearl harbor trip which I didn't realize I had put it down for the following week, we were able to do something else and our refund was credited before we returned home. Thank-you for taking care of that in a timly fashion. Any issues your company was right on the ball with taking care of it. Again, thank-you
Food was average. The entertainment was good. The individual workers at the Luau were great. All were polite and wanted to make our experience fulfilling.
very disappointed show was good everything else was not what expected booked with friends and was unable to be seated with them for the meal which was ok but the crowd was too large lines for service were insane so the event was spent waiting for service too overcrowded
We had so much fun while at the Luau! The staff is very very friendly even our bus driver was fabulous. It is very interactive and it is very easy to get involved with all the activities that they have. The show itself was remarkable!!
This was the best Luau experience we had-did one in our cruise in Kauai and was not that good for the price we paid) Really enjoyed the Luau setting over looking the beach and the food was super delicious! Will do it again next time we're in Hawaii.
Our tour guide Lloid was awesome! Pick up was right on schedule. Very organized and plenty food for everybody. Awesome drinks too! Had the best night ever
Very, very disappointing. The bus journey with the banter was excruciating. The food was ordinary and the show too razmataz! The staff started clearing up before we'd finished after the show, stacking chairs beside us in a hurried fashion. Very disappointing. Good bits - view, sunset, and fire juggling guy!
Had a wonderful time. The evening far exceeded my expectations. A time to always remember.

The food was great. The dancers were tremendously talented. My family loved the fire dancers, they were incredible. The whole experience was amazing.

this luau was well organized, a little cheesy in the entertainment department, but the food was decent and my friends and i had a fun time.
Very nice atmosphere and nice service, really nice to eat nuder the stars. The show itself was over the top and came accross as fake...But f that music was just in the background with that setting would have been 5 stars....
