Pearl Harbor is a must see while in Oahu, the tour was great a must do.
Doing what: World War II Pearl Harbor Heroes Adventure Tour
It was easy to walk around the various exhibits at Pearl Harbor before seeing the presentation in the theater and taking the launch to the Arizona Memorial. The Arizona Memorial was very inspiring, although somber. The tour guide on the Missouri gave a very good presentation. The drive through the Punchbowl was appropriate as it is a cemetery.
Pearl Harbor was amazing, as was the Byodo Temple. The Dole Plantation was a horrible place and I would not recommend it at all. i would have preferred a stop at the Polynesian Cultural Center. We got caught in traffic that caused us to be an hour or more overdue, which made a very long day.
This tour was great! Our tour guide, Cody, had a vast knowledge of Pearl Harbor and all things Hawai'ian, and was so funny at times, to lighten our day after a somber trip...Hawaii is beautiful and would def use Viator again!
This tour was excellent. Our bus driver was extremely knowledgeable about the events of Pearl Harbor, adding to the tour. To walk into the memorial and see all the names of the servicemen killed was chilling, the one aspect that was difficult was that the Park Service will not allow any bags into the Pearl Harbor grounds, so you must pack only what you can carry on your person.
Good tour guide that led us to Pearl Harbor/AZ memorial. Once there ..we were welcomed and there was a film that helped us give more appreciation to what we were going to see
Our driver/tour guide was excellent. He was very friendly, made us laughter and knew a lot of the history of Pearl Harbor and of Waikiki. I just wish we could of had a little bit more time there at Pearl Harbor. But me and my nice had a very moving experience at Pearl Harbor and would go back for another visit.
incredible tour. Garfield was superb. I wish there was more time at Pearl Harbor and USS Arizona since there is so much to see - very moving
if you are in Hawaii you must visit Pearl harbor. It is a part of our history. Very educational and solum as well. Out of respect we did not take pictures. Men gave their lives so we may live and have our freedom. We owe them our respect and thank them for their sacrifice.
We enjoyed the circle Island trip so much. Pearl Harbor was the first stop and as American Citizens, it made us so very proud of our servicemen. It was a very moving experience. The rest of the tour was great also. We saw many places and enjoyed it all. Our tour guide was Ernie and he was extremely knowledgeable and had a great sense of humor. We highly recommend the tour.
Our tour was right on time and our tour guide was wonderful. Kemo-not sure of spelling-was very informative. He added a lot of information to our trip to Pearl Harbor. He was funny, adding personal insight to our tour. I would recommend this tour to everyone IF the guide was as good as ours!
Our tour was excellent. the bus was clean comfortable and air conditioned. the entire trip was fantastic. Pearl Harbor was excellent and moving. to see first hand the remains of the USS Arizona and still see oil coming up. the documentary you see before the memorial was extremely moving. Our driver was knowledgeable and a very safe driver. The entire day was worth every cent. I recommend this to anyone visiting Oahu. 10
Was a moving experience to be at Pearl Harbor. Our tour guide Cousin Coco was excellent.
Busy day, but a good way to see all around Oahu in a day. We chose this tour, as we had a limited amount of time in Oahu. I liked the focus on Pearl Harbor at the outset 2-3 hrs. I doubt that we could have seen as much of the Island in this short of an amount of time on our own. or course now, I'd like to go back and see some of these places in greater detail. The only low lite from all of the stops was the Dole Pineapple Plantation...........it is essentially a Tourist Trap. If you know this going in and expect to see gift shops with lots of souvenir type stuff for sale and do not expect to tour a pineapple plantation, then you won't be disappointed. We did see pineapple fields on the way to the Dole Gift Shop. Our guide Ed was very knowledgeable. Overall, a good tour.
Wonderful tour. Driver was knowledgeable. Tour could be longer as there is so much to see at Pearl Harbor.
Disappointed that we did not make any other stops Punch Bowl, King Kahmehamea Statue etc. We just drove by rather quickly. Price was very reasonable and we would go again on a future trip.
The Arizona memorial was moving and inspirational, but the tourbus to and from Pearl Harbor was less than comfortable. It was very warm, and our driver/tour guide had an accent that was hard to understand - but that didn't keep him from chatting endlessly. We almost took an Uber back to the hotel from Pearl Harbor instead of riding back in the tourbus. My recommendation: take a taxi to Pearl Harbor, watch the 15-minute film, visit the memorial, and take a taxi back. It doesn't need to be a 5-hour journey.
The tour guide was very knowledgeable about the Punchbowl sites and Pearl Harbor. My only complaint was only having a few hours at Pearl Harbor. I ended up going back out the Pearl Harbor myself another day so that I could see Big Mo on Ford Island.
The air condition was not working and it was very hot outside so it was pretty uncomfortable. Also the driver ,all though was very nice gave way too much information. We felt we were in a history class. His knowledge of pearl harbor was amazing but he just gave way too much.
we really enjoyed this tour. We had one day in Honolulu and we're glad we spent it this way. Of course we saw Pearl Harbor, but we also saw parts of Oahu that are more natural and beautiful. The surfing beaches and lookouts were gorgeous. The food at the Polynesian Cultural Center was good. The stops at the Dole plantation and nut shop were fun. The temple was lovely and soothing. Our driver, Garfield, was funny, entertaining and very knowledgable. We met nice visitors from all over the world. Very fun day.
Peter can't remember Hawaiian name was excellent. We couldn't have asked for a better tour guide. He made it so interesting, filling us in with so much history and asking us questions. It was a very fun day even though the end at Pearl Harbor was quite sobering - it is a wonderful tribute to our veterans. I wouldn't change a thing!
Amazing tour! Best tour of Pearl Harbor. More than enough time at each stop. Seeing where WWII began and ended for the United States was very moving. Highly recommend this tour if you want the full experience.

Very moving experience. Tour guide was great and informative. Since Honolulu traffic is a bit of a nightmare, this is definitely the way to get to and from Pearl Harbor and learn a bit more about the city on the way there and back.
1st and foremost, our bus tour guide was very knowledgeable about the history of Hawaii in general. He really did a great job offering his view and knowledge of what we were to see during our tour. Down side: Too short of time at the Pearl Harbor Museum. Would like to have had another 30 min. Great Punchbowl tour of the city.
This tour was great, our driver was very knowledgeable about the history of Pearl Harbor. Highly recommend.
Lovely tour guide, great coach but found Pearl Harbor quite commercial now.
