We had a great day, Loved seeing the city and Pearl Harbor but was told we would be back at our hotel by 2:30 at the latest and we didn't get back until 4:00. We had to get off the bus because of traffic and run to get our bags and a cab to get us to our ship for a 5:00 o'clock check-in. The drive was very good but should have told us we would be running late so we could have got off earlier.

I made phone contact the night before our tour to confirm the pick up time and place (7:00 AM at Plaza Hotel). We were ready at at the designated pick up 15 minutes early. When we had not been picked up by 7:15 I made a phone call and was told the driver would be there in 15 minutes; waited till 7:30 and still no pick up; called again and told the driver was in route; called again at 7:45 and was told pick up would be momentarily. We were not picked up till 8:00. Other passengers on the bus informed us they had arrived at Pearl Harbor and had to leave to come and pick us up. Obviously we had been forgotten which meant we and all the other passengers were very inconvenienced and missed approximately an hour of our time at Pearl Harbor. VERY FRUSTRATING considering the cost of the whole tour.

Pearl Harbor part was great. In regards to Punchbowl and city sights, all from the bus!! No getting off and taking pics. Very disappointing.

Glad we took the tour. I wish there was more time and would have spent more time at the pearl Harbor exhibit and the Missouri. Dwight the tour guild is very knowledgeable and adds more depth and stories as his father worked on the Arizonia .

My friend and I visited the Missouri, Oct. 2011. To walk the decks where history took place was truly an experience. We were able to go below to see the mens quarters, dining rooms, showers, dentist office, offices where the old computer and phone still set in place. This was one of the highlights of the trip. Would encourage anyone visiting Hawaii to take the time to visit.

The tour was fantastic. I gained a huge understanding about what happened at Pearl Harbor 70 years ago. The tour driver offered our group to continue the tour to the Arizona Memorial the following day due to bad weather the initial day, so the staff was accommodating to make sure that we were able to experience the whole tour.

Pick-up was a little late. The tour guide was informative and gave good narration of the places we went. The disappointing thing was, the wind was too strong at the Pearl Harbor that the navy canceled the shuttle to visit the Arizona Memorial. Polynesian Adventure Tours was good enough to give an option to come back again the next day FOC - transport provided. Everything else was great!

Powerful and moving - those are the only words I can use to describe the moment we stood in the Arizona Memorial looking down into the water at the remains of the USS Arizona. The entire trip and presentation were very powerful and the bonus was meeting four wonderful men who survived the attack on Pearl Harbor that day in 1941. Wow!!

the driver/guide was EXCELLENT!! I believe his name was "Lou". highly enjoyed the Pearl harbor trip..would have preferred more time at Pearl Harbor and less time at the other events..this was my only regret!

Bus arrived on time at the hilton bus depot. It was raining that day so I was not able to get good pictures from the bus while we were touring. Our driver/guide didn't drop us at the drop off area at the pearl harbor unlike other tour bus. It was raining that time and the bus just went straight to the parking area. It was a long walk all the way to the entrance and we ran. Unfortunately, it was so windy and boat ride to the arizona memorial was cancelled for that afternoon. Had a few minutes stop at the city point of interests and got the chance to take some pictures before it rained again.

Pearl Harbor was awesome but do not waste your time with the Hop-on Hop-off bus because the only interesting place it takes you is Pearl Harbor.

A ton to take in during one tour. Ernie (our tour guide) was fantastic; his jokes kept the day lively and entertaining. The tour included Pearl Harbor, USS Arizona, and a tour around the entire island that hit sights such as the Byodo-In temple, the north shore, several lookout locations, and the Dole Plantation. What an incredible value!

pearl harbor was great, the rest of the trip not so much.kimo our driver was very funny and informative.

The Arizona Memorial and Pearl Harbor are a must see for any visitor to Honolulu. We had a comfortable smooth riding Coach, a personable driver with lots of interesting facts, and no waiting in line for tickets. This was about as close to perfect as a tour could be and the price was reasonable, I recommend it.to anyone who wants an effortless premium way to experience this solemn part of American History.. . .

The tour on the USS Missouri was a high point of our trip. Unfortunately the time we had on the Missouri and the Arizona was very limited. We did return later to visit the Pearl Harbor Visitor's Center on our own time. Our driver for the day "Cousin Koko was fabulous and very knowledgeable about the area and the history of both the islands and the Pearl Harbor attack by the Japanese.
