Pearl Harbor is a must see while in Oahu, the tour was great a must do.
Doing what: World War II Pearl Harbor Heroes Adventure Tour
Awesome! This tour was more than what I expected. Everyone friendly and knowledgeable about the area and the tour.
Appart from the weather which is beyond control everything went as described on internet very good
It was easy to walk around the various exhibits at Pearl Harbor before seeing the presentation in the theater and taking the launch to the Arizona Memorial. The Arizona Memorial was very inspiring, although somber. The tour guide on the Missouri gave a very good presentation. The drive through the Punchbowl was appropriate as it is a cemetery.
Well worth the trip very humbling when all is explained and photos depicting the attack on Pearl Harbour amazing monument to lost lives .
I am glad I attended.
It was the most awesome vacation! Loved the USS Arizona Memorial, it was so surreal. God Bless our men and women in our arm forces.
Doing what: USS Arizona Memorial Narrated Tour
We had a great tour guide in Cody very informative and a lot of fun. Every US resident that travels to the islands must go to see our history in a well done setting.
Our driver, Leo, was absolutely 5 star. He was entertaining as well as informative.
very good. A moving day ! The memorial and Pearl harbour complex well worth the visit.
Our tour was excellent. Viator had the tour we wanted which included the Missouri and we were definitely pleased. Driver was prompt and knowledgeable.
We were only in Oahu for two days and the Pearl harbor tour was a priority. The tour was easy picked up and dropped off at our downtown hotel, well planned, and the price was right. Our tour guide was well informed, very professional and personable. A great experience!
The tour was great. Covered everything that was supposed to be covered. The tour guide was friendly but not as informative as a previous driver I have had on the same tour but didn't make the tour any less enjoyable.
Very interesting tour. Went round the island our tour guide stopped and took us to most of the popular sites to see. Unfortunately the weather wasn't to kind so a couple of the venues were not really visible. However the main visit was to Pearl Harbour where a very poignant short film prior to the short ferry trip over to the Arizona and Missouri makes the real reason for the visit......I personally was a bit annoyed at certain fractions of the people visiting Japanese showing total disrespect at what is a gravesite. But the tour is well worth the money and the guide was excellent
Our trip was wonderful. Our guide was Garfied...what a smart historian and great personality as well. We were entertained the entire day. Just outstanding!!
The cost was reasonable the pickup went smoothly our driver / tour guide, Dee, was knowledgeable, patient and polite. She also has a very pleasant voice and was easy to her and pay attention to.
Great tour of USS Arizona Memorial and drive by of all other sights on the itinerary. Jay guide and Tracey driver did a great job and made it a fun day.
Other than it poring rain the whole day, it was a great tour. The bus driver was terrific he was entertaining, informative, and pleasant. Pearl Harbor and the USS Missouri were terrific. Anyone who goes to Oahu must go to at least these two places. Being a former military man, these two were a must!
Pearl Harbor was amazing, as was the Byodo Temple. The Dole Plantation was a horrible place and I would not recommend it at all. i would have preferred a stop at the Polynesian Cultural Center. We got caught in traffic that caused us to be an hour or more overdue, which made a very long day.
Our guide didn't show up at the airport. The trip was rushed and unorganized. Would not do this again
Visiting Pearl was a very touching experience. One that will last in memory. The rest of the trip, not so much. The tour driver-guide was certainly not Mr. Personality. Unsmiling and for the most part bored and unfriendly. Now add on to that,, the fact that he was boring!!!!!!!!. Never shut up in a monotome that was as exciting as watching paint dry. He also took us to a Macadamia nut sales place that was not scheduled and unnecessary. You can also skip the Dole Plantation since it is just a tourist store, not a growing plantation.
Good for a free ride, but beyond that I can't say it was that great. Late picking us up, not enough maps for everyone less than half of us yet referenced them endlessly. All in all I should have just driven myself over there in a rental car.
Tour guide was ok, apparently some guest got left behind at Pearl Harbour
Went up to the Sugarbowl and it was closed to traffic, the boat out to the Arizona Memorial was not running, from the comments of others on site this happens quite frequently on Saturday's. We could of done the same trip our rental car. Nothing spectacular beside going to Pearl Harbour. Could of booked that ourselves as it was a self guided tour.
The good folks staffing the admission desk at Pearl Harbor had no idea who Viator is had not idea who WE were had no record or reference number to admit us. THEIR reservation service is Recreation dot Gov, which we mysteriously were not listed in. They said they were sorry to say we had been scammed out of 70.00
What the hell is going on with you people?
Doing what: Pearl Harbor Visitor Center Tour
We obviously chose the wrong tour for us, and whilst it may have suited the bulk of the customers, we found it long, and unfulfilling. Acknowledging that the bad weather didn't help, my comments relate simply to the style and content of the tour. Our experience and poor rating likely relate to our poor choice and I'm sure the tour caters adequately for the right people
