Doing what: Ocho Rios Dolphin Swim

AMAZING!! So much fun! Boat rides, snorkeling and swimming with stingray were also available. This was the best day of our trip.

Doing what: Ocho Rios Dolphin Swim

We had the most fantastic time at Dolphin Cove. It is must for everyone that visits Jamaica. We booked the Dolphin Swim with an upgrade to the Ultimate Swim, if you go to Dolphin Cove the Ultimate Swim cannot be beaten.
Our only gripe is we wish we had been told about all the other activities onsite. We could have spent the whole day there. Although the photos and DVD are expensive they are worth every penny.

Great tour! We had a wonderful driver who drove us to all these places. ALong the way he explained things and history about Jamaica which I wasnt expecting. Our tour didnt include lunch but he brought us to a place he recommended and even carried out trays for us. He didnt eat with us, I wish I had asked him to. He was so polite. The rafting tour was a lot of fun, we had a guy who was very animated and funny. The only negative part was that I wasnt aware that the rafters obviously expect a tip but they also hand carve coconuts and want to sell them to you along the way. We werent prepared for that so we didnt have any money and he got a little upset about it. We still tipped him but he was clearly expecting to sell a coconut. You dont get wet on the raft which is nice and it was a relaxing beautful ride.
The Falls were absolutley stunning, I was not expecting them to be as big as they were. You absolutely need to bring water shoes for this part. I actually had to back out last minute because I was 8 weeks pregnant and wasnt expecting the falls to be as big and I was too scared off slipping. Even if you dont do it, it was still amazing to see this!

Just did the matha Brae it was great but we did a 13 hour tour the day before and we jsut could not do another 2 hours beyond the Martha Brae part.

Doing what: Heritage Beach Horse Ride

Had a wonderful time! Riding in the water was the best. The guides did a really good job making you feel comfortable as you rode in and out of the water. They even sell a few things and make you feel it's ok if you don't buy. But if you do they don't rip you off and sell it for a fair price.

Riding the horses in the ocean was definitely an amazing experience. It was great to see how much the horses love the water. The horses are very gentle and the guides do a great job! We had a great time.

Doing what: The Swim, Hold and Feed the Sharks Program

went to dolphin cove in october 2012,was great fun and im a not a strong swimmer! felt like i was in a jaws movie x

The Martha Brae rafting was very boring, relaxing but boring. If your stayin in Ochos Rios then you have to go all the way back to Montego Bay (45 min) to float then drive back for Dunns Falls. Dunns Falls is a great experience, but i would see if the hotels have any specials for just going there.

Doing what: Heritage Beach Horse Ride

This is something you don't get to do everyday in the USA, i got to ride a horse in the sea. The guide was conversational and funny. The horse was easy to work with. Security was present. It takes place on an old sugar cane plantation with is nothing exciting. They take you down to the sea (half way point in the ride). There will be a vendor there that you can buy some water and cakes from (nothing special) You then ride int he sea, get wet and then ride back to the plantation, that is it, end of ride. It was fun to do but nothing i would travel all the way to Jamaica to do. I think the whole island is overrated.

This ride was perfect. I was ecstatic that our guide was Donny, who we had Five years ago for our honeymoon. This time we brought our son and soon to be daughter-in-law along as they were to be married a few days later. Donny sang Jamaican honeymoon songs to them just as he had to us five years earlier. He was very knowledgable about the plantation we rode on, it's history and the many different trees and plants growing on the land. We had a great time. Riding through the ocean and feeling the horses swim under us was such a thrill. This is the best horseback ride ever. The Viator price is very good too.

Doing what: Ocho Rios Dolphin Swim

We had a free upgrade to the Swim With program (2 dolphins). Since we were with 2 instead of 1, we got to do a dorsal fin pull and they also pushed us up in the air from out of the water. It was absolutely incredible! Worth every penny. I recommend getting email addresses from people in your group before you go, though, so you can share the group pictures online when you go home =) They're $80!!!! This was a fantastic experience and I would recommend it to anyone who likes animals. The only downside is how they hound you for tips.. I'm more likely to tip more if it's not asked for 8 million times.
