Canada's second-largest province is bound by the arctic shores of Hudson Bay in the north and tempered by the lush banks of the Great Lakes in the south. Shimmering lakes, dense tracts of forest, sublime beaches, undulating hills peppered with vineyards, hidden canyons and seemingly deserted farmlands all find their own plots in the province.
