We needed to get from our hotel on the Walt Disney World property to the Universal property. I booked our roundtrip transfers via Viator and was very pleased with their recommendation. The booking was easy and good on the wallet. I will be using Viator for future trips for transportation and tourist attractions.

I used this service almost everyday during my week stay at Orlando to go to the various theme parks.
Very impressed with how reliable they were - always on time. All you have to do is ring about four hours before the time you want to be picked up and they will have someone waiting there for you. Drivers were friendly and helpful and so too were the staff at the office taking down your reservations.
May be a bit more expensive than a taxi if you have more than two or three people travelling as they charge per head. But for the convenience of being picked up on time and not have the hassle of trying to flag down a taxi after the theme parks close, would recommend using this service.

Drivers are on time and very friendly...and that's the most important thing. You need to be comfortable with the person driving you in a strange place. They deserve 5 stars!!!

Great! We accidently woke up a little late and were running a few minutes behind, but thankfully the driver was nice enough to allow for 5-8 minutes for such occasions. Also, the driver on the way back was very friendly and went out of his way to make sure we were comfortable.

It was the perfect way to get from a hotel near Universal Studios to the parks at Disney World. They were right on time, if not a few minutes early, picking us up and were right there waiting for us when we needed to leave. They made it very easy!

Loved the ease of being able to leave the Disney property without renting a car. However, the Mears transportation customer service rep who I talked with to confirm our reservation was very rude and claimed she didn't know this website. Next time we will buy our park tickets through here too!

Walt Disney World resort to Universal. Price was good. Morning pick up was on time, but the driver got lost at other WDW resort hotels, and we were over 45 minutes late to Universal than the estimate. Way back was awesome. The driver, Rick Just, was extremely entertaining while we waited, and on drive.

Right on time - every time! Very casual, friendly, laid-back, yet professional drivers who gave us valuable tips and info regarding the parks, restaurants, airport, etc.
