The 12-passanger van picked us up right from our Disney Resort Hospitality House and were were picked up at 7:30 AM, and in Universal CityWalk by 8:00 AM. The trip back had more people than the trip going, however, we did take the first shuttle back at 3:15 PM
The shuttle coming back was not there until 3:10, scheduled to lave at 3:15, plus we did have to wait until 3:20 to actually leave because some scheduled passengers were not at the pick up location.
Good service. Was running a little late so we had a private car which was nice but the driver didnt call our names for about 10 mins. Other than that very good. Will use again.
The shuttle was on time and the driver was polite and helpful. I will definitely recommend to my friends.
We were picked up at our Disney hotel and brought over to Universal. The bus was comfortable and very clean. Would definitely go this way again.

Absolutely superb idea. We were staying at the JW Marriott, and used this on a regular basis. Really simple just call and book, the pick up arrives and picks and drops off on time. No Hassle.

The service of Mears is good and the drivers were courteous. Just didn't notice that the service to Universal is only til 1030am and we arrived in Orlando at 11am the first day. Also when the service left without us from the hotel they sent over a taxi cab to bring us to Universal at no extra cost
Mears transport is fantastic and always reliable. Customer service at the desk in the airport and on the telephone was superb. We had a fab day at Epcot but this was helped by the ease of getting there and back.

Fantastic service by the Mears drivers. They provided helpful hints and unteresting facts. The reception office people unfortunately didn't live up to the standards of the drivers and were fairly rude and unhelpful
