Mears transport is fantastic and always reliable. Customer service at the desk in the airport and on the telephone was superb. We had a fab day at Epcot but this was helped by the ease of getting there and back.
Fantastic value. Would highly recommend. Thankyou Mears Team!!!!!!!!

Fantastic service by the Mears drivers. They provided helpful hints and unteresting facts. The reception office people unfortunately didn't live up to the standards of the drivers and were fairly rude and unhelpful

The pickup from the hotel was always on time, right on the dot, if not a few minutes early. The pickup from the parks however is a tiny bit hectic, as there are many visitors taking Mears shuttlesbuses back to their hotel - so you kind of have to approach each one and ask if that shuttle is yours or not. What was a nice surprise was that one time my boyfriend and I were the only ones getting picked up from the Hotel to the parks at that time - so instead of a shuttle with some other passengers, there was a cab waiting for us to take us there just for the two of us!
