Doing what: Universal Orlando Tickets
It was OK at Universal. Overall, I would rank it 2nd bottom of all the major parks in Orlando, just above Islands Of Adventure. Not sure what it is, but it just cannot compete with the Disney parks. Some great attractions though. The Mummy gets better every time, and Jaws is still fun, as is Shrek. The MIB is beginning to pale now. We would have given the park a miss this trip, but the Simpsons ride drew us in. It was good but not great. It is basically the Back to the Future ride with a new coat of paint. Having said that, Matt Groening and the team have pulled out all the stops to ensure the time spent before the ride is not wasted. Some great new Simpsons footage is part of the buildup to how the ride plays out. Loads if "in jokes" for fans as Sideshow Bob returns to the fray.

Doing what: Universal Orlando 3-Park Unlimited Ticket
This ticket is extremely good value, and we have purchased this before from Viator as we love the roller coasters at Islands of Adventure, and unlimited admission means we can visit several times. We loved the new Simpsons ride at Universal.

Doing what: Universal Orlando 3-Park Unlimited Ticket
An absolutely magical place. No problems exchanging voucher for tickets. Universal was amazing, and Islands of Adventure was just out of this world. Can't wait to go back.

Doing what: Universal Orlando 3-Park Unlimited Ticket
We had a great time on our trip. Universal is great. We didn't love Islands of Adventure as much as we had hoped but all in all it was lots of fun. I was worried about exchanging the voucher for tickets to get in but everything went smoothly and we had no problems. For anyone who is going it is worth every penny to buy the express passes to jump to the front of the line. We bought them for both parks and spent about 300 for 4 people but didn't regret it all all. The longest we waited in line was about 10 minutes. So because of that, we got to do everything and didn't run out of time. I will positively use Viator again. Thanks!

Doing what: Universal Orlando 3-Park Unlimited Ticket
Universal Studios was an excellent couple of days. However, Islands of Adventure was disappointing with very few things to do and very large queues.

Doing what: Universal Orlando 3-Park Unlimited Ticket
Had a fantastic experience at both Universal Studios and Islands of Adventure. The only thing that I felt was a bit out of order was charging 50 for a fast-pass card to eliminate some of the lengthy queues. I felt this cost was a bit excessive and that Universal should perhaps take a leaf out of Mr Disney's book! However, all in all a fantastic value ticket from Viator and weather permitting, you should defo have a great time at these parks!

Doing what: Universal Orlando 3-Park Unlimited Ticket
I was really happy with the week pass, but only because it was such a good deal from Viator. The problem with Universal and Islands of Adventure is the queues. By 11:00am queues for the best rides were well above an hour. Our strategy was to go before 9:00am and ride for a couple of hours, before leaving as the queues grew. No problem using the Viator service or with ticket exchange in the park. Recommended!
