Get behind the wheel inside a real race car at The Walt Disney World Speedway, home to the Richard Petty Driving Experience and the Indy Racing Experience. Here, you can drive or ride shotgun in a NASCAR-style stock car at speeds up to 120 mph (190 km/h)!
Each of the thrilling programs allows fans to drive or ride in real Indy race cars around the mile-long, tri-oval racetrack. The Ride Along Program puts aspiring racers in the passenger seat for a heart-stopping three laps with a professional instructor. Non-drivers can also get a thrill on an exciting racetrack tour, where the roar of the engines from the cars whizzing by will surely send shivers down the spine.

it was amazing, 3 laps is very short, I think that it should have 5 laps. If you love cars and speed you must get this ride!

My husband participated in the rookie experience and said it was one of the best things he has EVER done. Even though I only observed, I also thought the instructor and the crew were extremely entertaining. Thanks so much - it was a fantastic time!

I was totally satisfied with my driving experience. The instructors were great. In the classroom the instructor said that if you reach 120 mph and do a lap in 41 seconds, that would be great. I reached a top speed of 127 mph and did a lap in 39.26 seconds. I will definitely be attending again so that I can go to the next level. Awesome!
