Excellent day out courier and coach driver extremely helpful wildlife show and talk at the airboat ride great boat cruise at Miami first class.

KSC is interesting and we all loved the Saturn 5 rocket and other displays. The space shuttle simulator experience was pretty good ( but not so amazing after three days at Universal!). Meeting the astronaut was good but we did not have lunch with him, so we can't comment. It will be even better when the shuttle is on show. Great souvenir shops! KSC was definitely a highlight of our Florida trip.
The airboat ride was fun - it felt very brief but was probably 45 minutes long. We saw very little wildlife and no alligators, which surprisingly disappointed the adults more than the kids. For me, not as fun as I expected.
The bus driver was friendly and helpful. The bus was a new air-conditioned coach.
The long trips from hotel to hotel to pick up passengers was mindnumbing, for us it was 1 1/2 hours before we were on our way out of Orlando.

We had a wonderful day. Lovely big and comfortable bus collected us on time from our meeting point and the driver interacted well with everyone and gave a good running commentary. Loved the airboat ride, great weather makes a difference and saw quite a few alligators. Dropped with plenty of time to cover the Kennedy Space Centre which was amazing. You do need a whole day to see everything. We even met an astronaut and it was fascinating listening to his experiences. The bus arrived right on time to take us back to Orlando.

excellent two day trip with friendly and knowledgeable guides. Everything organised and went like clockwork. Would highly recommend. Swimming with dolphins was awesome.

Our trip to the Kennedy space center was the high light of my 12 year old son trip . I have to say it was a brilliant tour and the Everglades just added to the day. Its well worth going and the day just went so quickly i couldn't believe it. .

Doing what: Swim with Manatees at Crystal River plus Everglades Airboat Adventure

It was the best part of our two weeks vacation, a day away from Disneyworld, that was well coordinated, picked up on time from hotel, back on schedule as well and friendly tour. THE BIG WOW FACTOR IS TO BE ENCOUNTERING A BABY MANATEE AND HAVE HIM COME TO ME AND TURN AROUND FOR A BELLY SCRATCH...HE (SHE) REALLY LOOKED AT ME AND WANTED TO SAY HELLO AND PLAY! .. MY 12 YEAR OLD SON ALSO TOUCHED SEVERAL..THEY LOVED HIM...so it was worth ...the whole day..as far as the airboat adventure well that would be a grade of 1 on 5....while exciting for 5 minutes.. it was rather meaningless, and felt like a tourist trap.. i think the airboat tour could be use to really show us around into some neat canals.. that river looked wonderful... i would have loved to go in there for a longer period,,,BUT the money for the manatee ! captain mike and all his patience and experience , the gear etc.. The Everglades airboat ride was great, and Miami to. Would have liked some extra time at Southbeach though. Star line cruise was fun, but rather spent some more time at Southbeach.

The Everglades Airboat was not too incredible that we had expected. However, the KSC was great. I recommend it.

Doing what: Florida Everglades Airboat Tour and Alligator Encounter with Lunch

The boat ride itself was a fantastic experience. The area is beautiful with plenty of bird life. We saw a number of Alligators although it is difficult to get close to them before they disappear. The site itself is very well kept, where you can get to see Alligators close up as well as various other animals. What disappointed us was the apparent limited interaction the staff have with the customers when not on the boat. At other attractions we went to in Florida, especially the Marine attractions, we were fed a wealth of information regarding the animals. At this site no additional information is offreed. It would have been good to have a pre or post ride educational briefing on the animals, plant life and park in general. There was a total lack of information in this regard. We also found the lunch to be rather basic. So the boat ride and the site itself were good but we were not impressed with anything else. It could be so much improved by the staff having some enthusiasm to share their knowledge of the Flora, Fauna and area in general with us. We also found the abundance of signs encouraging us to tip the staff a bit off putting.
