We were so glad to have bought our tickets before we travelled. It was so easy to exchange the voucher for the passes and our names were put on them. It was great to be able to return to the parks whenever u wanted to . Harry Potter was fantastic so we went there a few times. It was great value for money

We purchased 2 day tickets to go to both Universal studios and Islands of Adventure. One tiny downfall was we had to commit to the first visit date. Naturally, hurricane Isaac dropped rain everywhere but if you did not go the tickets were voided. So we adventured out in the rain with our ponchos. Surprise surprise everything was open. only thunder and lightening will they close it down. second day we were able to go within 14 days before they expire.

We had no problem with our voucher...you just go to guest services and exchange voucher for tickets...we had a great time at all the parks...it's just too bad the parking is not included in the come as you go...parking is $15.00 dollars a day...I think I would get rid of the Wet n' Wild and include unlimited parking....lines way too long at Wet n' Wild and hard to find a table if you don't pay for Cabana...lockers are pricey too!

Trip was wonderful. Unfortunately some very bad weather and lost out on a day of our tickets. Studios were great. Great time at Hard Rock Cafe. Hoping to return in two years

Islands of Adventure at Universal is awesome! Good value for money with the 2 Park hopper ticket. If you can try to stay at one of the Universal resorts you also get complementary Front of the Line passes for most of the rides at the two parks. This will save you a lot of time waiting in queues.

Buying the tickets in Viator was very easy and they had the best price online. At the park we showed our voucher and we inmediately received our ticktes! We loved both Universal Studios and Island of Adventure.
