Doing what: Oslo City Hop-On Hop-Off Tour
Enjoyed the tour and information provided by the excellent guides. Would appreciate knowing which company the tickets were for as we had confusion with the multiple companies and similar buses.

Doing what: Oslo City Hop-On Hop-Off Tour
The Oslo City Hop-On Hop-Off Tour was so convenient for us. We arrived by cruiseship and the bus was right there. As soon as we exited our ship we boarded the bus and were off on our tour of this most interesting city. The tour included the main highlights of Oslo. Especially interesting were the sculptures by Gustav Vigeland in the park, the Viking Ship Museum, the Norsk Folk Museum and the Kon Tiki Museum. The only negative was that sometime we had to wait quite a while for the right company bus to come along, and since it had been raining it was a little uncomfortable. However, our overall experience was a pleasant one and especially convenient if you happen to arrive at the cruise terminal which is one of the bus stops.

Great way to see the major sights and choose which ones you want to go back to.

Doing what: Oslo City Hop-On Hop-Off Tour
A very efficient way to get around the main sights of Oslo especially if one is limited as to time. We did the "loop" for an over-all view and then repeated, stopping at places we were particularly interested in visiting.

Excellent, good stop off places and very convenient for those, like us, who arrived in Oslo by cruise ship.

Doing what: Oslo City Hop-On Hop-Off Tour
Very difficult to find the right tourbus. The reps on the cruise pier were not helpful and it was difficult to find the right bus. The bus trip was very good and hit some interesting sights.

Doing what: Oslo City Hop-On Hop-Off Tour
The tour covers top 10 sights and the map provided was useful and the commentary provides a good insight to the various places. I. will recommend for first time traveller to Oslo. The bus starts right at the cruise terminal making it very easy to hop on especially during bad weather.

The Ho Ho tour picked up at the cruise ship ramp . . . . so convenient. The stops were good. Loved Vigeland Park and the Viking Museum.

Doing what: Oslo City Hop-On Hop-Off Tour
Tour was good but after waiting ages for a bus at the Sculpture Park and fighting to get on too scared to get off at the Viking Museum in case we would wait ages again and miss the ships departure. Shame as the concept is ideal.

The schedule for the buses was very erratic. had to wait as much as an hour for a bus and some were too full, requiring further wait.

Doing what: Oslo City Hop-On Hop-Off Tour
We had booked this for a Sunday at the end of August. We went to do the tour around 11am. The first bus that came was full, so we decided to get some coffee and wait for the next bus. After waiting the 30 minutes, the next bus was also full and did not have one seat available on it! So once again we waited. A bus soon shows up with room on it, so we hop on and get settled in for our tour. The bus goes to the first stop on the route and then the bus driver tells everyone that he is taking a break, so everyone needs to get off and walk up and get on the next bus. We were quite frustrated by then and wished we hadn’t prepaid for this hop on hop off tour. If there is so much demand for this tour, the company should add buses and run them more frequently than every 30 minutes. Other people who hadn’t already bought tickets would just choose one of the other tour companies when they saw how full these buses were. Wish we could have done the same!
