Doing what: Palm Springs Aerial Tramway

the event was truly a one-of-a-kind. We enjoyed the various scenery vistas and breathing air that was free of 2012 ground level.
Thanks

This was a great way to see amazing views of the Coachella Valley. Redeeming our voucher for a ticket was super easy and the ride was smooth and quite fast. We had plenty of time at the top to explore, hike and watch the movie. Highly recommend!

very upset with the way the tickets were handled! Buy buying tickets in advance to avoid long lines I was told that because I did not use the PS TRAM website 4 tickets my party had to wait 1hr and 20 min. to get on the tram! and the kids never had time to play in the snow as we arrived @ 2:30 and did not board till 3:50 with dinner resys @ 4:30 It seems your customers take a backseat to the walk up customers. My nephew and I will warn our friends and family to avoid your website!

The Tram ride was awesome, as was our walk around the top. Nothing scary about it, though my daughter was scared to death at first, but once we got going, she loved it, and now she can't wait to go back!

What a fabulous trip this was and great value for money. Spent a few hours just strolling on one of the many trails set out for the tourists. Highly recommend this trip.

This was the most amazing experience I have ever had. I am terrified of heights, so this was a big deal for me. I'm glad my friend talked me into it. I can't wait to go back during the winter to see the snow.

Not knowing what to expect, we set off on route to Palm Springs from Los Angeles (an adventure on its own) and really pleasantly surprised at what we found at the Aerial Tramway – from the moment we obtained our tickets and boarded the Tram, rode to the top of the mountain, and then the fantastic views and number of forest trails you find at the top – A journey that will be remembered for a time yet.
The Tram ride includes a Narrative as you travel which is fairly informative, only to be interrupted by the sudden squeals of delight from fellow passengers as the Tram passes over the towers on route, sudden surges and sways, gentle enough and part of the experience – and once at the top, time is yours to do as you wish – The initial walk into the forest wilderness a little steep, but worth it! A steady climb back is all that’s required on the managed pathway.
The temperature shift from the bottom to the top of the valley was also a strange experience - From 100+ to 70+ even at this temperature and time of year (Aug 2011), sun block and waters a must
Buying tickets in advance from Viator was easy and would highly recommend
Easily found using Sat Nav – which is a must in the USA travelling anywhere.
