Day 1: Tour the Islands
Start your Tahiti time off getting to know the island of Moorea on a half-day tour. Journey around the island, taking in the coastline to the spectacular Belvedere lookout, then travel through coffee plantations and pineapple fields and visit the ancient temple.
Spend the afternoon getting to know one of Tahiti's most beautiful islands - Bora Bora. Hop on a tour on 'Le Truck' and spend a couple of hours looping the island, starting on the east coast and making your way around to the west coast by crossing over the isthmus of Taravao. You'll discover Paopao Point, Matira Point, groves of coconut palms and tiny villages hugging the shoreline.
Day 2: Jeep Safari!
Discover the best of Papeete on this full-day 4WD safari adventure. You'll travel through almost impenetrable rainforest and see the places most tourists never get access to. The tour will take you up Mount Marau for a bird's eye view of Punaruu Valley, then on to the Tiarei Arahoho Blow Hole before heading in to the Fa'aurumai Valley to visit three waterfalls. Enjoy a picnic lunch overlooking the valley at the La Maroto lookout. Pretty nice, huh?
Day 3: Dive In
You can't go to Tahiti and not go snorkeling, right? So how about going the whole hog with a Bora Bora Snorkel, Sharkfeeding and Lagoonarium Full-Day Tour? You'll travel by motorized canoe through sparkling clear waters, observing sharks, rays, turtles and tropical fish. Enjoy a scrumptious picnic lunch before taking a dive near the reef. Then it's off to the Lagoonarium, which offers the opportunity to swim in three separate enclosed pools and enjoy close encounters with marine life. After snorkeling, fresh fruit will be served and you can relax on the beach before returning back to your Bora Bora hotel. It really is paradise.

Doing what: Papeete Inner Island Full-Day Jeep Safari
Fun and informative jeep tour with knowledgeable Tahitian local who spoke excellent English. Saw tons of waterfalls and vista points, stopped for a swim in a fresh water river, went to small restaurant in the interior of the island where we could purchase lunch-it was beautiful. We enjoyed it!
