Great, No lining up to buy tickets. Make sure you take photo ID though as it is required by Disneyland. Only regret not buying a 2 day / 2 park pass. Kids had a great time!
Disney Land was a very good experience but the CITYRAMA agents were very poorly organised. The coachleft 30 mins late, which meant waking up early morning was wasted. Shockingly, on our return the coach was supposed to pick us all up from a designated parking space, but it wasn't there. After waiting for 40 minutes, it was found that the bus was parked elsewhere. Much to our dismay, the driver and the supervisor started arguing and being very agressive with an American couple who complained. I will suggest that you buy the tickets online yourself for disney land and go by train - metro, its got easy access and the park only opens at 10 am in the morning so no rush. Avoid CITYRAMA.
Entrance to the park took nearly an hour because viator has booked my ticket under my son's name instead of my husband's name! I nearly cannot enter the park at all because of no booking made! so screwed up!
It was great, we booked a ticket for both the Disneyland Parks and my daughter - 10years old was thrilled.
Would not recommend, this is not like Disneyland in the US. There were no mascots, its very small, impossible to get lost even if you wanted to. Was sad it didn't meet my expectations.
We still have to line up to get a proper ticket. The girl at the counter stared at the print out for so long, I think she had never seen it before and then asked her colleagues about it. At the end we still got our tickets, lucky.
Fantastic experience. Departure on time at both ends of the trip. Would use this company again for sure next time we are in Paris. Pre-booking arrangements could not have gone any better outstanding services.
Eurodisney is for Europeans. If you can go to Florida then do not bother. Overcrowded, understaffed, overpriced and limited hours and attractions. First and last time here. Nevertheless it is still Disney.
