My husband and I went on the Eiffel Tower tour on Friday, January 24. Our tour guide, Costi, was very good and made the tour very interesting. He shared his knowledge of all the sites in Paris, as well as the history behind the sites in the city and different historical events. Thank you Costi - we enjoyed our tour very much. The next time we come to Paris we will look up Costi as a tour guide for a city bike tour.
Our tour included a tour of Paris in the morning, lunch at the Eiffel Tower, an afternoon at Versailles and then dinner on the River Seine. It was a very full day but wonderful. We skipped the line at the Tower and went straight up to the restaurant for lunch. Lunch was not what I expected. You place your order from the selected menu and everything comes out at once. Everything is placed on the table in a picnic style. Different but still a nice lunch. A mini van took 8 of us to Versailles where we spent the afternoon on an audio tour of the Palace and wandered around the gardens. At the appointed time we were picked up and dropped off at the water front just in front of the Tower. Plenty of time to have a glass of wine or take some photos before boarding the boat for dinner. Service and food was fabulous. It was a big day but not tiring as it is an early dinner. This is a must do adventure.
Excellent trip to Paris, the Eiffel Tower was the highlight of our trip. Jess the tour guide was lovely and very informative. Even though we were stuck on a tour bus and running late she waited for us. Thank you Jess. It is well worth the money and booking. No Queues.....When I visit Paris again we will book this tour.

What a memorable trip, the bus tour provided by Cityrama was excellent, my wife felt unwell and the tour guide and the driver were so helpful in not only finding us the nearest restroom but also waiting for us to come back. The trip up the Eiffel Tower was super fast, no waiting inline just straight into the group
elevator and up to the second floor. The final trip on the river was a great ending to a great weekend, if we return to Paris we will definitely be booking with Viator again,
The best way to see the Eiffel Tower. The meeting place was easy to find. Our guide was on time and very friendly. From the short walk to the tower until the end of the tour he was friendly, happy and had a great knowledge of not only the Tower but Paris too. It was so good to avoid the long lines for tickets and to gain very interesting insights into the history of the Tower. Of course, the views speak for themselves. A wonderful way to get to know the Eiffel Tower!
I was thoroughly happy with the Viator package we went for - firstly it was a well organised start at the office from where we were taken for a 1 hour bus tour showing and explaining to us all the landmarks on the route. The last stop of the bus being at the Eiffel tower where we could skip the queue and go in without any delays onto the 2nd floor of the tower to experience a breathtaking 360 degree view of Paris city. The Seine river cruise could later be taken according to our freedom of time as the ticket was valid for an year from the date. The river cruise was fantastic as well - i liked the fact that we could stand outside the boat on the sides and capture pictures etc. Overall I am very delighted I opted for this package and I would recommend anyone who is short of time in Paris yet still would like to have a nutshell view of the place and also get on top of one the world's most iconic structures - the Eiffel Tower.
My family and I thoroughly enjoyed this tour. We had limited time in Paris so we wanted to squeeze in as much as possible and thought it would be a long, tiring day, but it was wonderful. We were also pleasantly surprised by the quality of food at the Eiffel Tower. The time spent at Versailles was enough to see the interior as well as spend some time in the gardens. The cruise was great and dinner was enjoyed by us all...even the snails!
We booked the 5:30pm Eiffel Tower Tour so that we could see Paris at night. Our tour guide Jess was fantastic. In addition to being a lot of fun, she had a lot of interesting stories to tell about the history of Paris and the Eiffel Tower. The tour is as advertised and you are able to skip the line (although there was a small wait at security -- but that can't be avoided). Even though the tour with the guide ends at the second level, you are provided with a ticket to go to the top by yourself if you are interested in doing so. The views are fantastic. We would highly recommend booking this tour, it was one of our favorite experiences in Paris.
Made our first trip to Paris simply perfect. A fantastic tour guide who interacted with us just the right amount. Blankets were provided and champagne offered to us. A real celebrity feel experience as everyone in the city, local and tourist, stopped to look and take pictures. The cost is reasonable given the memories we now have. The guide also took some brilliant pictures for us in front of the Eiffel tower for us to share with family and friends. Recommend this to anybody visiting Paris - the whole experience from booking through Viator, to finding the meeting point, to handing over the printed voucher was extremely easy, creating an enjoyable experience from beginning to end. Personally, we would recommend this to be booked right at the beginning of the trip, as we found that the tour gave us a good overview of the city and gave us ideas and some sense of surrounding so that we could then venture off afterwards to things we wanted to see in more detail.
Doing what: Romantic Horse and Carriage Ride through Paris
Amazing, the river cruise was fabulous and the dinner was simply divine! It was my birthday treat and I certainly wasn't diasppointed. Only 'issue' was the Eiffel Tower, it completely poured down and was so windy, word of warning wrap up! With our tour we were waiting on the bus for 40 minutes for people who arrived late too which was a bit frustrating as we could have spent more time in the Eiffel Tower! Overall though, I'd highly recommend it. Everything is so easy, swift, organised and loved the drop off to the hotel! Perfect way to spend an evening in Paris!!!
This is a perfect combination for an evening tour around Paris.
The meeting point was easy to find and coach takes you to the Eiffel Tower. We had two lovely guides who were helpful and made sure everyone was in our group.
You go straight to the restaurant to eat and then can wander at your leisure around the Eiffel tower until going back to the meeting point at a certain time. Traffic was busy so on this particular day we didn't have chance to go on the river cruise but we were offered a coach tour around Paris sites which in a way was a much better way for us to see Paris as we only had 2 nights and saw more on coach than on boat! Also our boat ticket is valid for a year so we may be able to take the opportunity another time.
At the restaurant the food we splendid, they catered for us as vegetarians a nice ambience and a professional photographer to take a photograph which was a nice touch, we sat on a table of 4 with another couple who we also sat next to at The Moulin Rouge so it was a nice friendly group.
As we were late arriving we didn't have chance for our coffee, this was a substitute for walking around the tower to take some photos and if you use the stairs you get to see more of a view and it is quieter.
We arrived at The Moulin Rouge and considering how busy both attractions are everything ran like clockwork, the show was phenomenal we had front row seats to the side and champagne. We couldn't have asked for more only a bit of extra time! Thoroughly enjoyed our experience and would highly recommend this.
Initially we could not get tickets to go on a tour to the Eiffel Tower as we were not aware of the requirement to book ahead of time. It was quite a disappointment to us as this was our honeymoon and we had Christmas in Paris and New Year in London. Then we found this site and to our amazement and delight were able to gain tickets for the following day. Our tour guide was absolutely fantastic and informative and well worth the cost of booking through your service. I highly recommend and will be telling some of the tales on our return to Australia....
First my moan, the little map print off to get to the meeting point was useless, I really think you need to re-do this, luckily I like to get to places in plenty of time.
The Tour - Great Day Out. Short Walk to the Louvre, guide explained a few paintings in depth and we have a brief taste of what this museum has to offer (you may want to go back and spend another day here) on the boat to Eiffel Tower, nice experience, lunch was just average, there was time to go to very top, but if you walked, it would take too long waiting for lifts. Back on the boat to Notre Dame, great views from the boat, guide explained a few things before we got inside. Our guide Amelie was friendly, knowledgeable and a great guide. This tour is ideal if you don't have a lot of time in Paris and want to see bits of everything, however there isn't enough time in this tour to see even a fraction of the Louvre (Not the tours fault, just cause the Louvre is so big) Based on this experience, I will be booking with Viator again and have recommended this to friends who are visiting Paris soon
Doing what: Paris in One Day Sightseeing Tour
We had a wonderful tour...promptly picked up at our hotel, then on to Eiffel Tower for Dinner, the Taxi Driver was very nice, indicated where to go, time to be back and spot for our pick up. The dinner was delicious, I could have eaten more....we had time to walk around tower, pics. We went to our spot, picked up and taken to River Cruise guided in by our taxi driver. The River Cruise was beautiful. Once we got back, the next Tour Taxi Driver took up to the Ledo, he was magnific, pointed places of interest out to us, I think in Paris he was the only friendly taxi driver we had. THE LEDO SHOW, OMB, it was awesome, gorgeous, I did not imagine it would have so many different scenes, in specific the Ice Skating show was splendid. If I would go back I would certainly take a Tour with Viator again...Thank you.
Citytour was an excellent way to see the highlights of Paris in one day. The tour included an audio guided two hour bus tour of the city which captured all the highlights. I recommend this tour to help you get an overall view of the city. There are no stops along the tour. Next, we proceeded to the Eiffel Tower where our guide sent us on our way through a self guided tour. There were no lineups. The boat trip down the Seine could be taken at any time within the next year. An audio guide was provided .
As we only had a day in Paris, we felt this was a great way to make use of our time. We still had free time to meander on our own. Hint - get to the front of the line on the bus tour. We headed right upstairs and had a wonderful unobstructed view from the front window.Dress warmly for the Eiffel Tower. It's quite windy up there.
