Tour office to start tour was confusing to get to which led us to be 5 minutes late and tour started without us. We got charged 40euro to transfer our tour to the next time slot. A week later and Viator has not responded on reimbursing us the 40euros. Guide did her best to help us and tour was Ok.

We found the tour quite enjoyable but also a little disappointing. We did not visit as many Paris 'sights' as we had done with previous tour operators and we seemed to spend most of our time in traffic - even though the tour only lasted 1 hr 25 mins rather than the advertised 2 hours.

The bus tour was very good but the link between this and the river cruise was not well led. In fact you had to find your own way which surprised us a little. Commentaries on both the bus and boat were good.

This tour was a great way to quickly see all the major attractions in Paris and to plan your next few days. The river cruise was also very good and you just sit back and relax and watch the sights, the good thing is that you can do the cruise when it suits you.

The city tour was not with an actual guide but with a multilanguage recording in the bus. The river cruise was not very comfortable as we had to hold the auricular throughout all the trip.
