Champagne glass in hand and an evening cruise is not a bad way to see Paris.

Doing what: Paris Chocolate and Pastry Food Tour

My advice: there are loads of fantastic chocolate shops all over Paris. Google a few and use your money to treat yourselves. We got shown 3 chocolate shops and got 2 small chocs at each, one tiny macaroon, one tiny cookie and half a slice of sourdough bread. We didn't see any chocolate making or pastry preparation demos. It was literally just walk into a shop, guide exchanges a few muttered words with shop assistant who seems completely uninterested in our tour, a few coins get exchanged and out come some miniscule samples! What a ripoff! And it was EASTER!

So beautiful! The sights were beautiful and the tour guide was very knowledgeable. You get 3 whole glasses of champagne on this tour and we thought we would just get a taster so it was nice. You also get a private room so you don't have to fight for seats. Totally worth it!

Very informative. We did not know what to expect and were very pleasantly surprised. It was a small tour, which meant we could hear and see everything. Meeting the owner was fabulous as we could ask questions direct to him. Our tour guide was not only beautiful, but knowledgable. The food tasting at the end was also helpful in understanding what types of breads were made and how they tasted. Highly recommend this tour - value for money.

We live in Paris and were looking for some fun, new things to do. I would highly recommend this tour. It was fascinating. We learned so much about the history of the French love for bread we didn't know. Everyone in the group gets to make a croissant, pain au chocolate and baguette. The guide was fantastic.

Doing what: French Wine Tasting in Paris

Excellent experience! The sommelier was VERY entertaining! (and the wine was very good!)

Absolutely fantastic enjoyed it immensely

SO FUN!!! And inexpensive. You get to see how bagettes and pasteries are made and also get to particpate a bit but without most of the work. Learned a ton and left with some free samples. Also get to meet the owner of the bakery. Highly recommend this unique tour!!!!!

Enjoyed the trip. Informative and interesting. Able to ask plenty of questions and plenty of pleasant banter.

Doing what: Paris Chocolate and Pastry Food Tour

This tour was way more than a chocolate and pastry tour. Victor, our tour guide, was knowledgable about the Paris in general and gave us loads of information not only about the fabulous shops we visited but also about Paris history in general. He was extremely patient and modified the tour to suit our needs. He stayed with us longer than our alloted time and gave us a wonderful insight into Paris which was truly memorable. I highly recommend this tour, not only for the taste sensations, but for the interesting things we learned. Thank you Victor.

Doing what: Paris Chocolate Walking Tour

I really enjoyed this tour. As a self confessed chocoholic - I must admit I thought we would be going behind the scenes and looking at how the chocolates are made - but this is purely a tasting and 'visual digestion' tour. But in spite of this - I loved it! The five chocolatiers we visited were so different in their presentation and taste - and our guide gave us background about the people themselves as well as information about the chocolate, where the cocoa beans came from etc. We also got shown a few landmarks that we had not previously seen - for example the Paris Opera! (As it happened to be just around the corner!) This tour was great fun - and showed our family a side of Paris that we would not have seen touring on our own. Would definitely recommend it.
