My train got into Paris at 2pm so this tour was at the perfect time and it was the perfect activity to do the first night in the city
This tour was the highlight of our trip to Paris! It was amazing! The palace was so beautiful and the experience of going to the market to select your picnic items and then have a picnic in front of the palace was unforgettable! The tour guide was very professional and was very nice and really made the tour enjoyable. One thing to note, when you go to the Palace you must visit the Palace first before the gardens because they will not let you in to the Palace after the gardens without waiting in line again. We made this mistake because it looked like it was going to rain and we went to the gardens first and were not able to get in the Palace. The actual time for the Palace and garden tour is too short and I would have loved to spend more time there but the tour was still totally worth every penny and more!
We had a great time. Our tour guide was very interesting and funny. Was a great introduction to Paris.
Excellent tour guide!! Very informative and fun day. Riding the bike for the day was super easy for any fitness level. Not hard at all. The waterside picnic was fantastic. It was most enjoyable. I am so glad I booked this tour. I had heaps of fun and have very good memories of this day. Outstanding!!! A definite must do for going to Versailles. Loved it!!!
GOOD! GOOD! GOOD! GOOD! GOOD! GOOD! GOOD! GOOD! Our 1st day in Fraandnce what a fantastic way to see Versailles on bike. We definitely saw more than the Chateau itself. The grounds around the Chateau were too vast to cover by foot alone! The picnic by the Grand Canal was superb! We even had a "French-like" picnic with fantastic cheese! Our guide, Paul was funny and made the tour a memorable one. Definitely recommend this tour to all.
We had a once in a lifetime experience with our tour guide, Stephanie! This trip was more than what we bargained for! During the trip, we were caught in the new French presidential win! We managed to view Paris and its monuments through the victorious Hollande party/supporters! Stephanie was such trooper and led us through the street party with flair! This trip is one of our favorite! We saw more of Paris that what we could have imagined for. Thanks guys! Highly recommended.
The tour allowed us to see the sights from land and see. I would recommend to anyone. Our tour guide was very knowledgeable and friendly. It was raining and a little cold on our tour but it was still worth it.
Our guide, Andre was perfect to change a grey, wet and cold day into a memorable experience! It is a really great trip and the gardens, palace, French picnic and commentary was fantastic! A must do! Even in the cold! Did I mention that the bikes are great! We met some lovely people from all over the world and shared experiences and laughs on this great day out.
Just got back home from Europe and this tour was definitely one of my highlights. I went by myself while my friend was working in Paris. I wasn't sure what to expect but it was excellent. The tour guide was great and the scenery was a amazing. The bike ride itself is not that strenuous but decent. I'm guessing about 4 to 5 miles at a relaxed pace. Made some great new friends. Would definitely recommend this tour.
Wonderful tour guide (Johnny) who was very educated on the layout, sights, and history of the city. The bike tour was one of the best things we did during our two week vacation in Europe!! I would definitely suggest doing it early/the first night in Paris so you can get a feel for the layout and pinpoint what you want to go back to later to explore further!!
We really enjoyed this tour and recommend it. The tour guide was friendly and entertaining and Monet's house, garden and lily pond were absolutely beautiful. An excellent day!
