Doing what: Paris Night Bike Tour
I had Eric as a tour guide and he was everything I felt our group needed. He was informative, taught us how to navigate through the city and assured us that our use of, "the palm of power", would help us to communicate with drivers. I was in Paris 6 days, did some AMAZING things, but this BY FAR was the highlight of my tour. Seeing Paris at night and then from the perspective of the river, there is a cruise included in this bike tour by the way. I highly encourage that you take this tour by yourself, with a loved one or your family. It was such a treat!

Doing what: Skip the Line: Versailles Palace in One Day including French Market and Grand Canal Picnic
This was ONE amazing day with a lot of walking but a deep lesson in the culture and history of the Parisian culture and history. I absolutely adored the palace and all the great splendors of the garden. Our tour guide was especially entertaining and kept us pretty emerged in the ancient stories.

Doing what: Paris Night Bike Tour
The Paris night bike tour was the best fun. It was so fabulous speeding through the streets of Paris on our pedal pushers. The tour went for over 3 hours which was longer than I had anticipated but as long as you are prepared for a late night it is a great tour. Was not able to go on the tour on the Thursday night and the tour company were very accomodating in letting us change our booking to the following night. Very impressed with the service and our tour guide who was a local Parisian.

Doing what: Paris Bike Tour
Had a fantastic time on the bike tour! Our guide Justin was really friendly and had lots of interesting facts to tell us about modern day Paris and about its history! We saw so much of the city, it was great as first time visitor to the city but there were people on our tour which had been to the city a few times and enjoyed it just as much as us!

Doing what: Versailles by Bike Day Tour
Highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting Versailles because doing it on foot is unthinkable! We were also lucky to have hit Culture Day many areas were open and free: Trianon feat. an art exhibit, Marie Antoinette's hamlet/farm. The biking is not as strenuous as the Paris night bike tour. The best part is picking out food at the morning market and picnicking along the canal. Wished I'd gotten more grapes at the market! Remember to bring napkins!! Our guide Stu gave a very engaging history of the many Louis to the end of Napoleonic era and a lot was to be learned. It was unfortunate the fountains had turned off by the time I reached it--we also only had 1.5 hours to tour the actual palace and with so many ppl coming during Culture Day, I shuffled quickly through the rooms and missed the famous Napoleon portrait!

Doing what: Skip the Line: Versailles Palace in One Day including French Market and Grand Canal Picnic
This tour was amazing, guide Marcus was very knowlegable and witty, really made the experience. Markets were fun and the food supplied for lunch was delicious. Great weather and a bonus fountain display was unexpected but overwhelming! Gardens are worth the walking and although the palace inside was over crowded and a little unpleasant (not viator controlled) it was the perfect way to spend my last day in Paris! Versailles is beautiful :-)

Doing what: Versailles by Bike Day Tour
This was our most memorable day in Paris. Our guide, Dan, was fantastic, the weather was gorgeous, and we were able to cover so much more than if we had just done a walking tour.

Doing what: Paris Night Bike Tour
This was the funnest thing we did in Paris. Our tour guide Stu was the best and very fun and knowledgeable about the city. We rode around Paris like we owned the place and saw the most important monuments. The best part was stopping in the Latin Quarter and eating ice cream. With the tour you get a sense of what Paris life is really like and we were even inspired to rent our own bikes the next day. You end on this huge boat with people from various other tours and sip on a few cups of red wine. Overall for the price this tour is excellent and won't disappoint. Be ready to get some exercise and have fun. But don't be worried, you stop so much that you never get tired.

Doing what: Versailles by Bike Day Tour
This day was the best day of our vacation. Harlin is an amazing guide who made the history of Versailles so very interesting. He even brought a corkscrew and glasses for our wine on the picnic. He hauled our wine on the basket of his bike. We did not have to take bikes on the train as other reviews suggested. We were told that if we arrive early, we would simply get our bikes in Versailles, which we did. Yes this is an expensive excursion but worth every penny. Buy the strawberries in the market, they were the best we ever ate. If you take the metro to get to the tour office, do not stop at a cafe called Metropolitan on the corner of Duplex just down the street as the rudest person ever in the world works there. She treated us like garbage even though we were trying to speak French to her. Not sure how such a young person could be so miserable. However, Harlin more than made up for that setback as he was a lot of fun. The train ride to Versailles allows you to see the suburbs of Paris. Very beautiful! A perfect day!

Outstanding tour! The bikes were high quality and well maintained. The tour guide was excellent, very knowledgeable and helpful. Of the week of daytime activities we had in Paris, this was the most unique and memorable.

Doing what: Paris Bike Tour
It rained in Paris on the many days we were here. However, on the day when we had the bike tour, the sun smiled down on this city. A lovely activity indeed. We will certainly go cycling again [when in Paris].

Doing what: Paris Bike Tour
The bike tour was great! It gives a great overview of areas to go back and visit. It was fun, it felt great to be out on a bike in the middle of Paris. Loved seeing the sights this way. However, if you think you'll just be on paths out of the traffic, think again! There were many times when we had to negotiate the traffic circles, red lights and narrow two-way streets. The weather cooperated and it was a beautiful summer day, perfect for riding! Next time we would love to take the night tour this company offers!

Doing what: Paris Night Bike Tour
Me and my wife went on this "Paris Night Bike Tour" on a beautiful evening in April in a group of 16-17 riders with our fantastic guide. We felt quite safe as the traffic is less than in day time and as the tour itself is partially through parks. Driving through Louvre at night time is absolutely fantastic. The distance of the tour is around 13km and no hazzle at all. Had a small brake for an ice cream and 1 hour trip on the river Seine, finalized with a view on the Eiffel Tower before the trip ended at around 23.30. Absolutely recommended!

Doing what: Paris Night Bike Tour
This tour was fantastic, and easily one of the most talked about highlights of our first trip to Paris!
"Buffalo Dave" led us past all of the monuments we had seen during the day, but what a world of difference when seeing them on a bike at night, with all the lights on!
Part of the fun was maneuvering through the Paris traffic as a group. Drivers there are much more used to bikes in the road than they are in the U.S.!
From start to finish the tour was run professionally, was fun, and exceeded our expectations.
Highlights include stopping at Notre Dame and waling over the bridge to get ice cream at Berthillon, being virtually alone in the courtyard of the Louvre, and following up the ride with a cruise down the River Seine!
We really loved this trip and would do it again in a heartbeat!
Thanks to VIATOR and FAT TIRE BIKE TOURS for an awesome memorable experience!!!

Doing what: Versailles by Bike Day Tour
This was the best day tour of our trip. Our guide was smart, knowledgeable and funny. I would recommend ANY tour by bike. Riding the bikes through the grounds of Versailles was the best part, as was our stop at the farmer's market to assemble our lunch. Everyone who goes to Versailles does the Chateau, but hardly any one makes it out as far on to the grounds as you do on this tour. Bike riding through the grounds is so peaceful and relaxing. The bike riding is not strenuous, but you do cover enough ground to feel like you are getting a good workout. We had so much fun on this trip and were so pleased that we did another tour (night tour of Paris) with them the next night. I really can not express how great this tour was!
