Good introduction to Perth but our hotel had never heard of it and we had real trouble finding a bus stop. There are 2 companies - make sure you try to board the correct bus or tram !
Perth now has free public transport in the CBD area .
This makes this tour virtually redundant - however we did use it three times - however the main problem is that the circuit time is too long
excellent value for money and very informative commentary all live from the driver so the personal touch is there from very helpful drivers. The only thing was it finished a little early i.e. 4.30 to 5.00pm
A very enjoyable and informative tour. Worth every penny. Thanks a lot for making Perth a memorable visit.
Not the best bus tour i've ever been on. Very short tour despite there being two routes. In all honesty you'd be better off taking yourself up to Kings park on foot to have a leisurely look around and take a train ride out to freemantle to check it out (freemantle not on the tour). In fairness although Perth is a lovely city, there isn't a whole lot to justify a bus tour.
the Perth tour wasn't as interesting as other hop on hop off buses i have been on before, this was mainly due to the fact that Perth doesn't have as many sightseeing opportunities as somewhere like Sydney and the fact the the buses goes out to the casino which is away from most other attractions with the exception of the waca and the dome. kings park was awesome and a great way to see both Perth and its natural environment and beauty in general.
fantastic tour around Perth, lots of places to see. My only complaint is my internet ticket stated buses every hour, when they were ever 2 hours.
For those who have never been to Perth a must see. Also advise tourists to visit Information Booth in Plaza opposite Perth Railway Station as there is two buses doing this as the one in your photo is not the one we were told to get on , ours was only 13 open up top. Hope this helps
