Bus not the comfortable. Air con didn't work just made a loud noise so could barely hear commentary. South mountain lookout and drive around city sights the best part of tour. Just alright.

The van was way too small for the group. The air conditioning worked poorly, and most disappointingly, the windows were so small you could not see any of what the guide was describing. If you want an audio-only tour of Phoenix, inside a motion-sickness-inducing hot van, this tour is for you. I was extremely disappointed.
