The tour was pretty enjoyable and informative. We had good company and our tour guides were lots of fun and knowledgeable. I mostly enjoyed the stop at Sedona and the light walk along the Time Trail on the Grand Canyon. The only part I didn't like as much was being one of the first to get picked up and the last to get dropped off. It makes sense logistically for the company but it left me drained and tired and made the day longer than necessary. I still recommend it though.

My trip was very awesome and educational. Our tour guides, Will and Mike did a wonderful job in telling us the history of places, towns, cities, freeways, streets, etc. that we passed by. They are very knowledgeable and answered all our questions. The Red Rocks and views of Sedona are very spectacular, breath taking, peaceful and serene. The Grand Canyon is a MUST to see, it will blow your mind away, the beauty of nature and all the incredible formations of the rock, it is really a wonder. We just did tour the South Rim and a lot to see already.

While the driver/ guide was informative and looking out for our best interest I was not pleased with the trip. For starters while the ride through Sedona was scenic but we were rushed thru the stop. Zero time was allotted for breakfast or touring. The obvious reason for the stop was to drop off a single individual for back country four wheeling. I do not want limit his goals but when the cost is to limit the time @ the Grand Canyon for the remaining ten people on the bus I do take exception.

The main reason for the trip was to see the Grand Canyon. By eliminating the reservation, an obvious waste of time we were limited to 2 hours up from the normal hour and a halve @ our final destination. These still left us rushed for our only attempt at a meal and make some effort to take a limited hike down the trail which was the ultimate goal.

The suggestion to get the food carryout and eat on the does not sit well with me...Inadvertantly it ussually ends up in my lap. I am on vacation for the day and rushing meals and wearing my food is counterproductive to relaxing.

Like I said earlier the main goal was to hike the trail which we were refrained from any serious hikes. Te other disappointment that due to time constraints we were unable to stay late enough to watch the sunset over the canyon, a serious disappointment.

We were traveling as a group. Next time I think we will simply take a rental car and between GPS and internet set our own agenda.

My son and I had a great time on this tour. Will was our first guide up to Sedona who was pleasant and informative. Lynn took over in Sedona and we had such a nice time with her.
I highly recommend seeing the Grand Canyon this way. No parking hassles and she just made the whole trip fun. Thank you.

Doing what: Grand Canyon via Sedona and Navajo Reservation

Michael is a great tour guide and driver. My family of four truly enjoyed our trip to Sedona and the Grand Canyon.

We thoroughly enjoyed our trip - Tom our guide was very professional and knowledgeable about everything, history, plants , ect. Sedona was absolutely beautiful as was the Grand Canyon. For those going out of Phoenix I would recommend this trip. Even the stops for shopping and food were well placed and enjoyable!!

Our tour of Sedona and the Grand Canyon was wonderful. The van accomodations were very comfortable. Michael (and Bob's) knowledge of the Phoenix-Sedona- and most importantly, the Grand Canyon was terrific. The stops selected for us to exit the van, walk about and take photos were perfect. We saw more in our one day trip than we ever would have imagined. I would highly recommend your service to others visiting the Phoenix area.

We had a wonderful time, our guide was very informative, friendly and polite. Would love to do it again, Sedona is beautiful and the Grand Canyon awesome. Good weather and good time!

We enjoyed our tour to the Grand Canyon. We travelled with a nice group of people and our tour guide was very pleasant. We would definitely book with Viator again.

Bryce was an excellent pilot and guide for our first Grand Canyon and Helicopter tour. I have told all our friends about the entire tour. Jay our land driver and guide was all you could ask for to make the trip interesting. It was a perfect tour package on land and air. Thanks for making my birthday trip!

Fantastic day trip to Sunset Crater, Wupatki and the Grand Canyon with excellent tour guide and driver. Many thanks to Paul in the office for rearranging our tour at very short notice due to our international flight delays, to Tom our shuttle driver for giving up his day off to get us to Flagstaff and to Joel the guide for a great tour. We were very impressed with this extraordinary customer service. Thanks again. Arthur, Carolyn and Eleanor from Australia.

Doing what: Grand Canyon West Rim Adventure and Skywalk

Absolutely spectular. Well worth the money. Bill Richardson, our pilot, was very professional, knowledgeable, friendly and a good tour guide. He made sure we were well taken care of. This is the only way to see the Grand Canyon. It was a fun filled packed day!

We thoroughly enjoyed our grand canyon tour!!! Our pilot was very informative and very courteous.

If you want to just see the Grand Canyon this tour is fine. Unfortunately it is not long enough to do things like the mule ride into the canyon or the white water rafting etc and anything other than "looking" is not included in the tour. Would highly recommend the helicopter ride be included as an optional extra on the way so that once dumped in the park you are not forced into paying $20 each way plus tips to catch a taxi to the airport. Most people would probably do the flight and its one less thing to try and do yourself once in the park. (having said that the guide we had on day 2 was brilliant and actually rang and booked the helicopter and arranged passes back into the park for us which was appreciated).
The company needs to sort out its "luggage policy" as there were 4 of us international travellers on the tour who had to take their large suitcases with them because there are no storage facilities at the hotels we stayed at in Phoenix or Sedona. Luckily there were only 6 of us picked up on day 1 as our suitcases ended up sitting on seats in the cabin.
The tour drivers changed every day even though the driver we had on the first day came up to Sedona with a new group on the second day and we had another new driver on the 3rd day to bring us home. With the "tipping" requirements of the USA it was a little hard to justify tipping 3 different guides for 1 tour.

Doing what: 3-Day Sedona and Grand Canyon Traveler

This trip was rate as very good. They were late in most pickup times. The hotel in Sedona was a little out of the way because the shuttle stopped at 6:00 p.m. meaning you had to eat really, really early to get back to the hotel unless you hiked if or 1-1/2 miles. The hotel in the Grand Canyon was a little rustic but at least the bathroom was up-to-date. We would have preferred something a little more upscale and would have paid for it, but, then it was only for overnight. The drivers (we had 3) were all polite and informative). All in all, it was a good trip and I would recommend it with the few exceptions noted above.
