Doing what: Grand Canyon Helicopter and Ground Tour From Phoenix
Bryce was an excellent pilot and guide for our first Grand Canyon and Helicopter tour. I have told all our friends about the entire tour. Jay our land driver and guide was all you could ask for to make the trip interesting. It was a perfect tour package on land and air. Thanks for making my birthday trip!

Doing what: Grand Canyon via Sedona and Navajo Reservation
Fantastic day trip to Sunset Crater, Wupatki and the Grand Canyon with excellent tour guide and driver. Many thanks to Paul in the office for rearranging our tour at very short notice due to our international flight delays, to Tom our shuttle driver for giving up his day off to get us to Flagstaff and to Joel the guide for a great tour. We were very impressed with this extraordinary customer service. Thanks again. Arthur, Carolyn and Eleanor from Australia.

Doing what: Grand Canyon West Rim Adventure and Skywalk
Absolutely spectular. Well worth the money. Bill Richardson, our pilot, was very professional, knowledgeable, friendly and a good tour guide. He made sure we were well taken care of. This is the only way to see the Grand Canyon. It was a fun filled packed day!

Outstanding tour. The guides were very knowledgable and went above and beyond what one could have reasonably expected. The whole trip went like clockwork. We had a wonderful time in Sedona and at the Grand Canyon.

Doing what: Grand Canyon Helicopter and Ground Tour From Phoenix
This was one of the best trips my son and I ever took. Our tour guide was outstanding. Did an awesome job. There is only one way to truly see the Grand Canyon and that's via the Helicopter it was truly amazing and unbelievable. What an Awesome trip. Thanks for the great time.

Doing what: 3-Day Sedona and Grand Canyon Traveler
This trip was rate as very good. They were late in most pickup times. The hotel in Sedona was a little out of the way because the shuttle stopped at 6:00 p.m. meaning you had to eat really, really early to get back to the hotel unless you hiked if or 1-1/2 miles. The hotel in the Grand Canyon was a little rustic but at least the bathroom was up-to-date. We would have preferred something a little more upscale and would have paid for it, but, then it was only for overnight. The drivers (we had 3) were all polite and informative). All in all, it was a good trip and I would recommend it with the few exceptions noted above.

Doing what: 3-Day Sedona and Grand Canyon Traveler
If you want to just see the Grand Canyon this tour is fine. Unfortunately it is not long enough to do things like the mule ride into the canyon or the white water rafting etc and anything other than "looking" is not included in the tour. Would highly recommend the helicopter ride be included as an optional extra on the way so that once dumped in the park you are not forced into paying $20 each way plus tips to catch a taxi to the airport. Most people would probably do the flight and its one less thing to try and do yourself once in the park. (having said that the guide we had on day 2 was brilliant and actually rang and booked the helicopter and arranged passes back into the park for us which was appreciated).
The company needs to sort out its "luggage policy" as there were 4 of us international travellers on the tour who had to take their large suitcases with them because there are no storage facilities at the hotels we stayed at in Phoenix or Sedona. Luckily there were only 6 of us picked up on day 1 as our suitcases ended up sitting on seats in the cabin.
The tour drivers changed every day even though the driver we had on the first day came up to Sedona with a new group on the second day and we had another new driver on the 3rd day to bring us home. With the "tipping" requirements of the USA it was a little hard to justify tipping 3 different guides for 1 tour.

Doing what: Grand Canyon Helicopter and Ground Tour From Phoenix
Thanks to John our guide for this first fabulous experience in "Grand" Grand Canyon.
It's a pity that I was not able to make the flight in helicopter because of the bad weather report, but I will return certainly and I shall try again.
Generally the organization of the tour was just perfect and John really shared with us his passion for these incredible landscapes.

Doing what: Grand Canyon via Sedona and Navajo Reservation
With only one day to do this tour, Viator guaranteed this tour would take place. We left Phoenix and had a knowledgable driverguide who made the trip both interesting and educational. Sedona was a great breakfast stop, the Navajo Reservation was a tourist trap and the Grand Canyon stops were just spectacular! If you have limited time, like I did- This was the perfect way to see it all and not beat yourself up driving yourself.

Doing what: Grand Canyon via Sedona and Navajo Reservation
we spent enough time at the grand canyon, and the guide was really nice and competent. Maybe it would have been nice to stop once more after sedona to take some pictures of the red rocks and of the creek. Overall we had a nice day!

Doing what: Grand Canyon via Sedona and Navajo Reservation
This excursion is a great way to see several areas of Arizona in one day. The tour guide was very informative. We had snow in Grand Canyon Village and the visibility was low, but it was still a 1.5 hour stop at that viewpoint without much to do. The tour takes longer than it would take to rent a car and drive on your own because of all of the planned stops and picking up each person for the tour. I would have rather skipped a few of the stops and either stopped at more viewpoints at the Grand Canyon or been home earlier. My tour stopped at two points at the Grand Canyon, and I had thought the website said it would be 3. I was the last to be dropped off, so I had to ride all throughout Phoenix and Tempe before being dropped off in central Phoenix. My tour ended up being 14 hours total. I am glad that I went because I was able to see so much in one day, but if I could do it over again I would drive myself.
