Guide was good. Unfortunately for us it was raining heavily when at the view points and we couldn't get out of the vehicle. So make sure if it will rain, change your date to another day.

Very good value for money. No need to pay for a private tour. Only thing I did not like was that once we were at the pearl factory we were squashed on another bus to go home

We joined Viator on the next day we arrived at Phuket. As we have never been to Phuket before it is a great experience to have a Viator tour guide to show us around as we did not even know there is such place as old Phuket and the history around it. Great experience and enjoyed the trip. Thanks a lot!

Good introduction to Phuket. We had a lovely travel guide Boon or Boom?? Took us to several places including some beautiful view points, cashew factory, had photo with Lucy (Baby elephant), jewellery factory where she got one of the workers to clean all my jewellery for 20 Bt (less than $1.00). Very good day had by all.

THEY TAKE YOU EVERYWHERE EXCEPT FOR THE INTRESTING PLACES I ACTUALLY LEFT THE TOUR EARLIER BECAUSE I DIDN"T WANT TO SEE SOUVENIER SHOPS AND FACTORIES WOULD NOT RECOMMEND IT

Pick up from Hotel was courteous and prompt. Our guide Woody had extensive knowledge of Phuket and had a great personality. Driver was good and mini van for pick up was in good condition. Didn't like Gem gallery as staff way too pushy and the same person follows you around the huge gallery the whole time you are there ! After Gem gallery we were herded into another mini van which was packed to capacity ( I think these vans are ownwd by the Gem gallery ? )

Excellent tour with a great tour guide! The picture you see on the brochure? We actually went to the place they took it and have an almost identical one with us in it. The cashew and jewlery factories are not great, but the rest of the tour makes up for those.
