Terrible! Took a taxi to the leaning tower. Saw Hop on bus and waved at it and it did not stop. Walked MILES each way down the supposed pick up route and could find no sttop. Took taxi back train station.

The Pisa segway tour was so much fun. Our guide, Giuseppe, was very friendly and had a great sense of humour. He took us to see a lot of Pisa that we wouldn't have otherwise seen. The segways were great fun, so easy to use.

took the bus at 10 am. got off to sight see. girl told the 11am. bus would not be here, come back at noon. the bus didn't show until 1pm. got back on but the bus didn't make it one full loop, the bus driver said we have a problem and put us on a public bus to get us back to the leaning tower. Could you please contact us by E mail to give us the procedure to ask for a refund. Thanks

I love the hop -on-hop-off bus . it shows parts of the city i would not of seen walking and tells you what your seeing. you can get off anywhere you want ,see what you want then get back on bus. saves a lot of time, This bus could of ran faster it came once an hour, Loved Pisa itself .

We had a bit of trouble finding the start for this tour. The instructions said to wait on a corner, which we did, but no-one showed up. Having asked around we found the bike chap knew where the Segway garage was. He kindly led us to where we finally met our guide and had our instruction. The Segway was very easy to use and great fun, we were dodging pedestrians in no time! Being that much taller than everyone else meant you had a much better view of the sights. All in all well worth it :)

If you only have a couple days in Pisa definately take the bus we liked the second line that takes the ride out of the city.

Our family of four, two adults and two teenagers, enjoyed the bus tour very much, especially as it gives a good overview of the city whilst avoiding the crowds and leg work in the heat! We covered both routes which summarise past history and the contemporary city. The fact that we ended up redoing a major part of the tour to cover the small supplementary section out to the racecourse was a bit annoying and could have been better explained, but sitting on a bus in the heat and away from the crowds was fantastic.

Only problem is that tour is advertised with two different routes yet the guide said the tour we were on was the only one
