never did a tour before, it was well worth it !
Tour guide was great and got a full glimpse of Pisa. Going up into the Tower was amazing and we enjoyed the whole experience.
great tour! worth with the timing and the guide on bus and at pisa were amazing!
great way to see all the sites of Pisa. Especially easy way to get to the Leaning Tower.
Doing what: Pisa City Hop-on Hop-off Tour
Interesting, good guide but the trip was too short to allow us to visit the old town center. If the trip would have lasted for one more hour, it would have been perfect.
worth the visit well -organised
Our half-day bus trip from Florence to Pisa was disappointing in that there was no commentary on the bus as to what we were seeing on the way there or back. Once we arrived in Pisa, we were left on our own and told to meet back at the arch at a certain time. We were unable to enter the church as there was a rehearsal going on for some activity that evening. However, we were able to tour the Baptistry and our guide was able to secure two tickets for two of our travelling companions to climb Pisa on short notice which they thoroughly enjoyed.
We had good luck: the weather was ideal: warm but not hot. The local guide was superb! a half day is enoughe because there's not more to see. Maybe a littel more free time would be welcome
We enjoyed our trip to Pisa and Lucca. We also took advantage of the lunch to buy. it was very good. We loved Lucca and would have loved to spend more time there. The one disadvantage of this trip was having to listen to 5 languages translated while on the bus to Pisa. If the group could have been more divided with the English speakers on one bus it might have caused less confussion.

After a few technical issues, great tour
The time spent at Pisa was fantastic, and the tour guide for this section was very knowledgeable and friendly. However the transport to/from was shambolic. The tour guide had an argument with a passenger shortly after departing the passenger's fault entirely, but the guide should have turned off her microphone to have the discussion and then confused everyone with conflicting audio headset stations and times to meet following the Pisa tour. The trip back was delayed by 45 as a result, as some passengers were not there on time either through misinformation or simply being rude and inconsiderate, which is my expectation which meant that some other passengers missed connecting trains due to the later arrival back in Florence.
The two guides were very good but the whole trip was very rushed. There was very little time even to go to the toilet! A quick walk from the coach - a guided tour of the Cathedral with no time to look and take photos, then a quick climb up the Tower and literally we had to run back to the meeting point. An extra half an hour would have made all the difference. God forbid that we would have liked to look around the town of Pisa!!!!!!
This tour was amazing!
United States of ...
Amazing! Could hardly believe that we were there. I climbed the tower in 3 minutes and 17 sec. The tour was a little rushed.
Fabulous tour and guides!! I have used Viator all over the world and you cannot go wrong with their tours - always safe, informative and fun!
Best way to see Pisa. Comfortable bus ride and knowledgeable tour guide. Enjoyed the climb up the tower and was surprised how much the tower is truly leaning. Half-day is all you need in Pisa.
Skip the line is the way to go - Our objective was to climb the tower - We were afforded enough time to visit the Duomo and the Baptistry - Able to take classic photo of holding up the tower and still had plenty of time to walk the grounds before our scheduled time to climb the tower. Travel to and from Florence was uneventful.
You guys, this tour was AWESOME! Honestly cannot say enough great things about this tour! I have to say this was my most favorite day in our 10 day vacation to 2 different countries. Obviously the sights were stunning but I think our great experience all links back to our tour guide, Alex. There were 22 people in our group. We had multiple stops throughout our 13 hour tour with multiple train changes and everything went right when there were multiple opportunities for things to get delayed. Alex was great at making sure we all knew where we were going so we made our trains and were on time. He was also very knowledgeable and was able to tell us how to maximize our time in each place to get the full experience.
We loved taking the cheesy but required, right? leaning tower of Pisa picture and there are no words to describe Cinque Terre. It is as beautiful in person as it is in the pictures and if it's not a place on your bucket list, it should be!
This tour is an easy way to see some places you might never see while staying in Florence that exceeded our expectations. If you go try to have Alex as your tour guide, you will not regret it!
Excellent tour. English tour guide was very enthusiastic and knowledgeable. Very well organized, given ample time to explore on own after the guided tour. Transportation was great.
This tour was great, we left by bus from Florence and travelled in comfort to Pisa. The commentary from our guide along the way was great and the guide we had for the actual tour of the church and Baptist hall was also informative and a lot of fun. Would definitely recommend this tour.
Wow wow wow, what beautiful little town, tour went for about five hours, tour guide was lovely, plenty to see, I think the tour needs to be about seven hours. So worth walking up the tower if you can make the 257 steps. The Baptist is not free to enter, 5 euro. Also toilets cost money. Def worth the skip the line payment.
It was nice experience crowded bus .and bus parking was far from the sight.
Tour guide made it entertaining and enlightening
We were a larger group, perhaps 40, who made the trip from Florence to Pisa and Lucaa. In Lucca we had one of the best guides I've had, I believe her name was Claire, who took the time to lead us through all the monuments in the Miracle Plaza. I came away with an understanding that the monuments were more than just the leaning tower. She also led us through the beautiful cathedral. After lunch on our own, we went to Lucca, a beautiful walled city. Unfortunately the guide for my smaller group did not have strong English skills and would often lose concentration and be unable to give explanations outside of her script she also walked fast and I was constantly losing reception on the whisperer. Lucca is well worth visiting. Both of our local guides used audio whisperers which I prefer. The day was well worth the time and the money.

Absolutely fabulous, booking procedure so easy and the pick-up and drop off point well positioned.
