never did a tour before, it was well worth it !
After a few technical issues, great tour
The time spent at Pisa was fantastic, and the tour guide for this section was very knowledgeable and friendly. However the transport to/from was shambolic. The tour guide had an argument with a passenger shortly after departing the passenger's fault entirely, but the guide should have turned off her microphone to have the discussion and then confused everyone with conflicting audio headset stations and times to meet following the Pisa tour. The trip back was delayed by 45 as a result, as some passengers were not there on time either through misinformation or simply being rude and inconsiderate, which is my expectation which meant that some other passengers missed connecting trains due to the later arrival back in Florence.

Amazing! Could hardly believe that we were there. I climbed the tower in 3 minutes and 17 sec. The tour was a little rushed.
Fabulous tour and guides!! I have used Viator all over the world and you cannot go wrong with their tours - always safe, informative and fun!
Best way to see Pisa. Comfortable bus ride and knowledgeable tour guide. Enjoyed the climb up the tower and was surprised how much the tower is truly leaning. Half-day is all you need in Pisa.
Skip the line is the way to go - Our objective was to climb the tower - We were afforded enough time to visit the Duomo and the Baptistry - Able to take classic photo of holding up the tower and still had plenty of time to walk the grounds before our scheduled time to climb the tower. Travel to and from Florence was uneventful.
This tour was great, we left by bus from Florence and travelled in comfort to Pisa. The commentary from our guide along the way was great and the guide we had for the actual tour of the church and Baptist hall was also informative and a lot of fun. Would definitely recommend this tour.
Wow wow wow, what beautiful little town, tour went for about five hours, tour guide was lovely, plenty to see, I think the tour needs to be about seven hours. So worth walking up the tower if you can make the 257 steps. The Baptist is not free to enter, 5 euro. Also toilets cost money. Def worth the skip the line payment.
Tour guide made it entertaining and enlightening
We were a larger group, perhaps 40, who made the trip from Florence to Pisa and Lucaa. In Lucca we had one of the best guides I've had, I believe her name was Claire, who took the time to lead us through all the monuments in the Miracle Plaza. I came away with an understanding that the monuments were more than just the leaning tower. She also led us through the beautiful cathedral. After lunch on our own, we went to Lucca, a beautiful walled city. Unfortunately the guide for my smaller group did not have strong English skills and would often lose concentration and be unable to give explanations outside of her script she also walked fast and I was constantly losing reception on the whisperer. Lucca is well worth visiting. Both of our local guides used audio whisperers which I prefer. The day was well worth the time and the money.

Absolutely fabulous, booking procedure so easy and the pick-up and drop off point well positioned.
The coach was comfortable and driver top class. Accompanied by top guides the whole trip was fantastic from start to finish.
Highly recommend this one!!!!.
We loved this trip! Local guide was knowledgeable , and the tour was informative and fun! Our guide on the bus was knowledgeable as well. We loved her commentary on the way through Tuscuny as she highlighted interesting sites, cities, etc. Wish we had more time to explore the baptistery... We definitely recommend this trip!
The tour and our guide is perfect. Thanks a lot.
The meeting spot was very close to the hotel where I was staying. Tour provides enough time to enjoy the beauty of Pisa.
good tour would recommend
It was excellent! Very informative!

This was a great tour and visit to Pisa. Our guide in Pisa was Andrea and she was informative and very funny. She did a great job. You definitely need to be in shape to climb the almost 300 steps to the top of the Tower, but if you can make it to the top, it's a great view. Our only regret was that we wished we would have had more time in Pisa to also be able to go through the Campo Santo, as with limited time we were only able to go into the amazing cathedral and walk up to the top of the Tower. But overall, I would highly recommend this tour.
Great trip to Pisa and very organised, got our ticket and allotted time to climb the tower and plenty of time to look around on your own.
Very nice tour!
The only challenge to us was understanding the accent of the tour guide she kind of swallowed a few words and letters while speaking but at least we got the hang of it at the end.
Entering the Pisa Tower itself was probably one of the most unexpected joys of my life. Going up the stairs while you're leaning and feeling like you're going to fall was full of all feelings besides, the view from the top were absolutely stunning of course 3
A very interesting day and well paced. Local guides showed us around Pisa and Lucca and there was plenty to see. The tour was operated by Ciao Florence the only problem I had was that they actually departed 1/2 hour earlier than my ticket informed me, luckily I was there in plenty of time and didn't miss the bus. I don't know if I got the wrong information or whether the time was changed and I wasn't innformed, had I got to the departure point 15 mins before due departure, as instructed, I would have missed the tour.

Initially could not find the guide and had to phone the office to make sure we were in the right place. The tour itself was great. We did not climb the tower as we needed to head on back to Lucca.
Great tour but again too many crowds. It brought back memories of going to Disney World and standing in line for long periods of time.
Try not to bring backpacks or purses to this tour since they make everyone check in their belongings before being allowed entrance in the Leaning Tower.
Time and effort was great for our trip from Florence early Sep 2015. We were entertained by a very knowledgeable guide on our coach ride to Pisa. Very crowded area but worth the visit.
the guide on the bus was perfect and we loved climbing up the tower of Pisa. The guide at the complex itself wasn't so engaged. worth the trip to see the complex.
