Doing what: Guimarães and Braga Day Trip from Porto
The scenaries was awsome and the place has so much more to offer. tour or not it is a most see. the tour was a more relaxed trip than I anticipated for a 8 hours trip. When I phoned a day in advance to check for my pick up from hotels I was told that its not offered though it was in the online deal! Next day I was told it is included but it was too late. It is a small understanding to be fair. Other than that it was really good.

Doing what: Porto Hop-On Hop-Off Tour with Optional River Cruise and Wine Tasting
There are 2 other bus tours in Porto that seem to be better organized, more on time and probably have seats that aren't torn and headsets ports that actually work. This was the only Viator tour where the voucher was not enough. The driver told us we had to go to the main ticket office to exchange the voucher for the tickets. I was angry after waiting over half an hour and insisted on him driving us to the ticket office as it was a bit of a walk up hill. The river cruise was good. Do the red or blue bus tour!

Doing what: Porto Sightseeing Tour at Night with Fado Performance
Tour guide was good but very rushed as she had one couple that was just taking the tour and not dinner so she took them on more of a tour after we were dropped off at dinner. Enjoyed the show.

My husband and I truly enjoyed our tour. Maria, our pleasant guide, demonstrated considerable knowledge about the history of these wonderful cities. The van was comfortable and the people in our group got along very well, making this experience even more delightful.

Doing what: Douro Valley Small-Group Tour with Wine Tasting, Portuguese Lunch and Optional River Cruise
My husband and I were the only members in our tour and Inez, our tour guide, was a pleasure to be with. She was personable and demonstrated to be quite knowledgeable about the area. Douro Valley is so amazingly beautiful and we truly recommend this tour.

Doing what: Porto Bike Tour
I must admit when we arrived in Porto and saw how hilly it was I was a bit nervous about our intended cycle tour, but it was so well-planned with interesting regular stops it wasn't dificult at all! Emma was a fantastic guide, really passionate about Porto and willing to answer all our questions. We had a fab time and would highly recommend this tour.

Doing what: Porto Hop-On Hop-Off Tour with Optional River Cruise and Wine Tasting
These HOHO tours are a great way to see any city. Only problem with this particular one is that the buses aren't frequent so we spent a lot of time waiting around (in the sun, so it wasn't that bad). Annoyingly watched several red buses (competitor HOHO tour) bus go by each time we waited, but the yellow bus does go out to the beach, unlike the red one, which was great. Oh, and careful sitting on top deck, some of the cushioned seats leak and several of us got up with wet behinds a couple times! The River cruise was fabulous - but we werent offered wine so not sure what the "wine tasting" was supposed to have been.

Doing what: Day Trip to Douro
Even in Winter this tour was amazing. There were only 6 of us and I was told the maximum is 8 people so it's a personalised tour and you don't feel like sheep. We stopped in Amarante and enjoyed some Portuguese cakes, a church and a market. We also stopped at the Nossa Senhora dos Remedios church which was beautiful, make sure you climb up or down all the steps - beautiful surrounding forest!! There were 2 wine tasting stops which were great and a very filling and delicious lunch in Paseo de Regua. We also had a couple of viewing stops to take lovely photos! Our guide was very knowledgable and so friendly!! She answered any questions we had. Overall, the tour was a fun, relaxing day trip which was extremely good value. My boyfriend and I are only 19 and 20, but the other people on the tour were in their 60s and all travellers involved (no matter what their age!) had a ball!

Excellent tour of Porto - we did both routes available on this tour, the Wine tasting was very good, unfortunately the boat trip didn't run and we had to wait for another one but it was ok when it arrived!

My husband and I had a great time on the tour. We didn't feel rushed at all, but at the same time there was enough activities to keep us busy and interested. Our tour guide, Maria was very informative. Tour was as described.

My husband and I had a great time on the tour. Our tour guide, Ines, was awesome. We forgot our SD card for our camera, and our tour guide was nice enough to take several pics for us and emailed them the same day after our tour. She was also very informative. The tour was as described.
