Doing what: Karlovy Vary Day Trip from Prague

A very interesting town full of quaint buildings - the hot springs are something very unusual to experience

The Moser glass factory needed more guidance so as not to cause an accident

Doing what: Karlovy Vary Day Trip from Prague

Nice little town with hot springs that are supposed to cure lots of diseases. Interesting visit to crystal factory. Nice guide, trying really hard to be helpful, some problems with the car, made us spend twice as much time on the road than expected. Overall a pleasant day,

The city was so beautiful but the tour guide was terrible. She basically chaperoned us and didnt share much about the history, or the architecture of the city.

beautiful trip.

This is a wonderful trip. Daniel was a terrific tour guide!. He was didn't mind talking to me all the way to Karlovy Vary and all the way back to Prague fro Marianske Lazne. There were only 5 people total on the trip. 2 spoke Spanish and had their own guide. Therefore, there were only 3 of us in the English tour. Daniel's English is VERY good. It felt very personal. We were all older and we went at our own pace and did not feel rushed at all. I'm so happy that we went both places. They are so different. Karlovy Vary seemed a bit more elegant, Marianske Lazne was my favorite. It was more laid back and seemed a bit less crowded. Overall, I would highly recommend this trip to everyone!

beautiful trip and very nice tour guide

Very nice tour, we've had a beautiful day! Karlov Vary is a wonderful barroque town and on september 4th, 2012 we've even saw the rainbow over the river that cross the town. The guide Petr was gentle, explained everything and even gave us free time. Highly recommended tour!

GOOD TOUR WITH EXCELLANT GUIDE

Doing what: Karlovy Vary Day Trip from Prague

The highlight was actually the visit to the Moser Glass factory. There was an unnecessarily long walk to and from lunch. The lady excursion guide was excellent.

Doing what: Karlovy Vary Day Trip from Prague

Long trip but the place was very interesting. Could have done with an hour os looking at the shops.

Highly overrated and not a good value for our money. You need to inform the amount of time we would be spending on the the road in a van...it was 5 hours...half of the ten hour day was spent driving. Wish we hadn't wasted the money.

Doing what: Czech Spas of Karlovy Vary and Marianske Lazne from Prague

Worst experience ever in 25 years of travelling ! Marianske was a waste of time. The lunch in Jeneces was a disaster. Had asked for vegetarian food and was given boiled vegetables . When asked to change the boiled potatoes for roast potatoes ( which the others were given ) i was told by the waitress Linda " i don't have time ". When i followed her to the kitchen to show her what i wanted ( as there was a language problem ", i wasyelled at and insulted by a waiter ( marekk) and told " to get out "!Even the manager when called offered no apology for this rude behaviour and said the staff is busy when there is a group.Did not see the brewery ( as was planned )because there was another group there. please change the restaurant to another one which does not make the client wonder why they came there !Have booked at least 30 trips on yr website and this was terrible !

Doing what: Karlovy Vary Day Trip from Prague

Our guide was great, informing us of different sights along the way as well as in the town. The first stop was the glass musem which was interesting to see and understand the process. The next stop was the spas/springs. The guide was informative and was patient while we all bought special cups to drink from the spas. I did not drink from all the spas as the warm to hot mineral water did not taste good to me !!! - although they say it has great medicinal powers- I will skip it - but it was still interesting. The lunch provided was very good. After lunch you were given the opportunity to have free time. The town has some great little shops and sights so I took advantage of bowsing on my own. There was the alternative to stay with the guide as she continued to show others some of the other sights/history of the town. Worth the trip.
