Doing what: Prague City Segway Tour
It was a cool way to see a lot of the city, but the guide had next to zero knowledge. It was clear after ten minutes, the tour would not be informational at all.

Doing what: Prague Walking Tour Following in Mozart's Footsteps
Our Guide (Vladamir) was passionate about his subject and his city. His depth of knowledge was exceptional. He was responsive to our questions and was an excellent host. He facilitated our falling further in love with a wonderful city.

Doing what: Historic Prague Walking Tour including King's Route and Charles Bridge
We have used your web site for a few years now and have always been very pleased with the tour guide. Not this time! She wouldn't talk loud enough to hear her, even after requesting that she do so. She wasn't able to answer questions and didn't seem to know her material. Her English wasn't very good and we all had a hard time understanding her. Not good!

Doing what: Prague Castle Walking Tour
DO NOT BOOK this tour! We spent three weeks in Europe and went on many tours and this was by far our most horrible experience while we were over there. The tour guide Vera was horrible; rude, insulting, and demeaning. The castle and setting were gorgeous and had so much potential that were entirely ruined by the guide. No audio headsets were provided and with the group as large ad it was the tour guide was impossible to hear. The guide did not allow any time whatsoever for pictures and went through the entire tour as quickly as she could. You could tell that she was just going through the motions and trying to get through the tour as quickly as possible. She continually bitched about the older gentleman who was in the tour because he wasn't walking fast enough for the guide. I completely regret booking this tour from this guide and feel that it shouldn't be listed on viator because it was that bad.

Doing what: Small-Group Prague Walking Tour: Malá Strana, Prague Castle and St Vitus Cathedral
I can't rate this tour highly enough. Our guide, Omar, was so knowledgeable and so helpful. He wanted us to enjoy HIS CITY as much as he did.
All in all a first class tour with a first class tour guide.

Doing what: Historic Prague Walking Tour including King's Route and Charles Bridge
Our guide, Šarka, was very well informed and had many interesting facts to relate. The tour was well paced. We had a small group and the tour felt very personal.

Doing what: Prague Castle Walking Tour
This tour gets you into all the ticketed parts of the complex, including St Vitus’ cathedral, the palace, and St George's Basilica. The pace felt a bit slow and we didn't quite expect our guide to take a lunch break in a three hour tour, but overall worth doing.

Doing what: Historic Prague Walking Tour including King's Route and Charles Bridge
There were only 4 people on our tour and the two women with my husband and I spoke Italian and we spoke English. Our tour guide accommodated both of us as he spoke both languages,Prague is beautiful and so interesting. The highlights of the tour -Charles Bridge,St. Nicholas, the Clock, artists' island,Church of the Children,Ulatava River,Old Town Square,Republic Square,Smiricky Palace,Municipal House,Powder gate and National Theatre. He allowed time for picture taking but kept us moving so we could see everything. This was a great tour.

Doing what: Historic Prague Walking Tour including King's Route and Charles Bridge
We did not take this tour due to moderately heavy rain falling during the time of the tour. We did venture out on our own later in the morning and found the Infant of Prague Cathedral which had special meaning for us. We were thrilled when we arrived and Mass was being held in English. We were then able to see and walk across the Charles Bridge.
