Spectacular and well organized and possible one of the greatest way to see a city. I first inquired on the viator website and then signed up. I was doing it on a spur that I always wanted to try a segway. Signing up for it out of the whole trip was possibly the most hardest in everything I experienced with it. The tour guide got me on the basics of operating the Segway. We did it in an closed street with no cars and that was really cool. He was very patient and after just ten to fifteen minutes, we were on our way. We wandered the streets of Prague from one side to another. What made it really really nice is that he avoided some crowded situations and also during crowds, he was kind and considerate. Most of my time during the trip was fascinating because people were curious about the Segway especially up in the Castle area. I was having my picture taken all the time and I felt like a minor celebrity. My tour guide answered basic questions and really wanted not to waste my time so I can see the rest of Prague but I was having so much fun talking to the young and old tourist and even locals who wanted to try the Segway also. At the end of the tour, I was pretty sad but we covered and conquered all of Prague in such a short time.

Excellent introductory overview of Prague for first-time visitors. We enjoyed the coach tour, the guided walk and the flexibility of the free time to explore independently.

We didn't realise there was a huge marathon on the day of our tour! Half the city was blocked off. The tour guide did a fantastic job of getting around the road closures, showing us all the sights. Quite a long route, perhaps because of the marathon, but a great experience. Would recommend.

Great tour and guide. The walking was not too far, easy to do and very informative.

Although this trip took us to interesting points in the city, our guide was extremely dull and boring. She clearly had no enthusiasm or interest in explaining anything about the city, we could barely hear or understand her. Not only that, the vehicle that transported us around, dropped us off at the Prague Castle and was supposed to pick us up in a couple of hours, I left a bottle of water a small bag of psiatchios in my seat pocket, when the bus returned the pistachios were missing. I asked my guide and the bus driver about it and I was told that there were another set of tourists that the bus had transported in the last 2 hours and that it must have been stolen by one of them. This is truly shameful. Either, we should have been warned not to leave anything on the vehicle or it should have been the responsibility of the bus driver to make sure a theft like this doesn't happen.

The Vitava Cruise was disappointing. There was no commentary during the cruise and it simply did a very slow paced cruise up and back a very small portion of the river.
The rest was great, including the hop on hop off stops around Prague and the tour of the Jewish Quarter. It would have been nice if we would have had time to viit some of the places on the tour of the Jewish Quarter.
Thank you!

Our tour in Prague was very nice, though could have been better if only in English. The guide spoke everything in both German and English and it was difficult sometimes to tell what he was trying to say because his accent was so thick. The sights were beautiful and the guide seemed to be very knowledgeable, but again would have been better if the language was more clear.

We hit rainy weather which put a damper on things. The tour gave a good overview but the pace was too fast. Not much history behind the various sites. Also, the shuttle bus was cramped so it was hard to see some of the points of interest.

Was very quick and skipped one of the most important and historical landmarks of the entire city, St Vitus Cathedral. The tour guide was okay, was all over the place and most of the sightseeing was just "quick look out to your left". Tour guide spent most of the time speaking in German for two German people out of 10. Would not recommend this one, there are dozens you can find on the day that are much better they're every where and very detailed compared to this one.
