I was picked up promptly and in a very nice car.
My guide seemed to love his job and gave me all sorts of insider tips. My ticket included the castle tour as well. Tom was great and full of information.
I had no luggage and my driver was waiting for me as soon as I came out of the departure area. he was holding a sign with my name on it. He only spoke a few words of English but tried very hard!
Excellent, very prompt.
Prompt and efficient will book again
This was the first tour at the start of our trip. It was very nice and our tour guide explained everything very well and was very accommodating with our picture taking. Prague Castle was the highlight of our tour and we were very pleased with everything we saw.
Doing what: Prague in One Day Sightseeing Tour
It was ok, but we had to wait for other people to arrive from other cities, which was expected, but then we were placed in a car by ourselves, so it did not make sense to have to wait for anyone.
We went on the bus tour, which was very interesting and helped us to locate places. We were dropped at the castle but unfortunately the passes we had showed that we had been to the castle in May, which we had not, one of the women at the old palace managed to eventually sort things out for us but by then we had had enough and gave up on the castle. We also went on the boat short boat trip which we enjoyed but overall although we had a great time in Prague I don't feel the City pass was a good buy and I don't think we will be buying then on any future city trips.
Doing what: Prague Card
This was a great tour - our local guide knew the old history of Prague - we started off in a bus tour around the city then ended up on a walking tour - our lunch consisted of 3 course local cuisine at the Prague Castle - need to be fit to keep up the walking pace and climbing the hills
The tour guide was great. She was knowledgeable and spoke excellent English. It was clear she loved her city. If anything, I was about done out with one more fact and story about Prague by the time we wrapped up late in the afternoon at Prague Castle. You know Monty Python's wafer thin mint skit ...
There were only three of us on the tour that day and it made for a very friendly and easy going day.
The river 'cruise' was nice and gave a chance to relax after several hours walking - unfortunately the early afternoon timing was bad for a sunny day as half of the sites were impossible to see given the blinding light. However, I will not complain about sun in November.
Young guide but knowledgeable of the history and the site. It was like having a private tour since we were the only ones at the tour. It was an excellent experience. Lots of history displayed.
yes well worth it this tour very good guide and enjoyable place for lunch
Interesting and caring guides. Beautiful castle. Disgusted they have a captive live bear in horrible conditions on the grounds.
