The tour was good but there was a second non-English speaking group with us so the guide had to divide her time between us. The timing of the tour is rough because there is no lunch stop. I suspect it starts when it does so you can see the changing of the guard but we missed it by five minutes because the bus had to drop off some people at a different tour. In hindsight it would have been better to just rent an audio guide at the Castle.
Didnt feel good value for money.The boat trip and the guide were great but the meal was below standard and basic for what we paid.I feel a glass of wine should have been included as well.Our guide though was very good.
Excellent. I was picked up at the appointed time and arrived at the airport in plenty of time to check in, go through security, etc.
I enjoyed the trip. What we were able to see while only there a few hours only gave a hint of what this beautiful city had to offer. We were dropped off in a major shopping area, which was interesting for a short time. I wish we had been let out in a more historic part of Vienna. I could tell there was much to see in this city but we, however, only saw a small sampling of it.
EXcellent. All of the major highlights were covered, the tour guide was very informative in giving background on the history of the monuments, and watching the changing of the guard at the castle was wrth watching.
The view of the city was marvelous. The food , however, was just ok.

Excellent Point of Interest and rich in history. However somewhat disappointed that the guide had to continuously repeat things in different languages. Depending on where the majority of guests were from, you either had a good (and clear) explanation or not.

Perfect way to see Prague. Highly recommended.
This was a very interesting Hop On Hop Off tour. Because the bus could not come into the Old Town area, one of the guides walked us through the area giving us a great overview of history and architecture. I would highly recommend this tour. Thank you, Lucy!
Wonderful tour! it was a beautiful day and a great break from walking - we saw the whole city during this tour and were able to navigate Prague effectively during the rest of our stay.
Beautiful cruise, food was ok. Bar staff very good. Our guide was average.
