Doing what: Karlstejn Castle Half-Day Trip from Prague
was lovely to be able to see some of the lovely countryside on the way to the Castle. Had plenty of time there to see all that was open to the public with a very good guide.

Doing what: Prague Castle Walking Tour
I do recommend doing the castle tour there are a lot of sections to see. We enjoyed the tour just wish our tour guide would have informed us more about all that we were seeing.

Doing what: Prague Castle Walking Tour
An excellent tour, but you really must like to walk. But the walk is worth it.

Doing what: Cesky Krumlov Day Trip from Prague
Travelling to Cesky Krumlov took about 2.5 hours each way. The area was beautiful but the castle itself was not that spectacular. Photos are not allowed during the 50min guided tour of the castle.

Doing what: Cesky Krumlov Day Trip from Prague
A great trip. Highly recommended. This is a fantastic place to visit. Our guide was excellent but unfortunately our bus driver was a bit rude at our natural break stop. Try and avoid the Sunday visit as the return trip to Prague was slow with returning weekend traffic. CK is a wonderful place to walk through, great buildings, cafes, restaurants. A nice feel about it. A very popular site with lots of visitors.

Doing what: Cesky Krumlov Day Trip from Prague
Very vice day out of Prague but be prepared as the coach journey can take 3 hours each way due to traffic. The guide had a good command of English and the town of Cesky Krumlov is a hidden gem.

Doing what: Karlstejn Castle Half-Day Trip from Prague
The trip was average as the relevant information of the castle was conveyed by an employee from the Castle. The castle itself was very interesting

Doing what: Cesky Krumlov Day Trip from Prague
Ceski Krumlov is a beautiful city and definitely worth a trip, but I found the tour guide to be very dull and one dimensional with no shift of tone to her voice. The castle tour was fairly quick, and the entire city was crowded with tours and tourist groups. Also, lunch is not provided but Czech Republic is fairly cheap and there are tons of restaurants.

Doing what: Cesky Krumlov Day Trip from Prague
Not worth travelling 6 hours return to visit. Time and money could be better spent elsewhere. Guide not good and does not give much info about the place. Guide always told us to refer questions to local guide i.e castle guide. Castle tour also disappointing as the group was too large and so could not hear or see the items being shown as group could not fit into the same room with some spilling over into adjoining room. Lighting in castle rooms were not switched on and so could not see objects in room clearly due to poor visibility as light from windows were inadequate especially on cloudy days.

Doing what: Cesky Krumlov Day Trip from Prague
The day trip from Prague to Cesky Krumlov was simply wonderful. The guide was really knowledgeable. But I guess we didn't see certain things like the performance stage at Cesky Krumlov which I have heard is a wonder. Overall, I would rate this trip favorably
