Many people dream of Provence… except “Provence” isn’t really a place! The region is actually called Provence-Alpes-Côte d’Azur, and as its name suggests, it covers a lot of real estate. So when you come to Provence on vacation, you’re going to want to know exactly to go! Hey, why not start with the most beautiful towns?
GourdonIf you can deal with about a half-hour straight of hairpin turns, you will be richly rewarded with spectacular views from this tiny mountaintop hamlet. There’s also a vertiginous restaurant, quaint shops and an interesting garden at the entrance to the town. How did they even get that town up there?!
