If you can deal with about a half-hour straight of hairpin turns, you will be richly rewarded with spectacular views from this tiny mountaintop hamlet. There’s also a vertiginous restaurant, quaint shops and an interesting garden at the entrance to the town. How did they even get that town up there?!
