The tour itself was very well organised. The only fault I can find is with the requirement to call and reconfirm the tour at least 24 hours before the tour. I called up and was told that "someone will call the hotel and leave a message for you to confirm the pick up time". I waited for this 'message' but none came. So I eventually had to call them again from the hotel and was told the same thing! Someone eventually called but this was very late at night.... Aside from that - this was a highly enjoyable tour.

Fantastic tour. Great value for money. Well organised, punctual and a friendly English-Spanish guide. Some free time built in which was great. Pickup and drop off at hotels took less time than some other reviewers have said.

Had a good day tour to Iguazu Falls. The staff and guides were excellent. I don't speak much Spanish at all, so it was helpful that our guide was able to speak English and explain a lot of the things that we were seeing. For the price you can't beat it. I had some friends take a public bus to the falls, and it sounds like my experience was a thousand times better!
