Quebec makes great beer! Definitely have a taste test at one of the pubs in Vieux Quebec. Many are of a Belgian style, somewhat higher alcohol and with robust flavors. My favorite is Maudite by Unibroue, Fin du Monde is another great beer by them. In Vieux Quebec I like the old stone L'Oncle Antoine pub, which has outdoor sidewalk seating on nice days.
