The Vieux Quebec (Old Quebec City) neighborhood has several large format (often the whole side of a building) trompe-l'oeil murals depicting the early life, settlement and history of Quebec City. These are amazing murals, definitely take a walk to see as many as you can. Three major murals are located at Rue du Petit-Champlain, the corner of Notre Dame at Cote de la Montagne, and at Hotel-Dieu de Quebec, the hospital on Cote du Palais.
