I bumped into friends on the plane who gave me a lift to my hotel so I did not use my voucher. Can I use it at another time?

We were left sitting at the airport for well over an hour, almost 2 hours. I made 2 phone calls during that time and was told to just wait someone would be there soon, and still we waited.
We will never use your service again and we will warn everyone we know not to either. the only reason you have been given a 1 star review is cos you can't submit a review without a star.

It was just a pick up at the airport and drop off at the hotel for five lots of passengers. The driver had no name signs so it took a while for passengers to find him as there are a few bus driver looking people hanging around the airport. He didn't introduce himself. All passengers appeared to be visitors and didn't know the areas they were heading to. First drop off in a street with no indication to the passenger what house number she was going to. He could have at least pointed her in the right direction as I'm sure he had the address. I'm pretty sure he dropped another passenger off at the back of the hotel rather than going up the driveway so she was left to find her way around to the front. I was going to Sanctuary Cove, the Intercontinental. He dropped me off in the village telling me the reception for my hotel was down the road and to the left. When I pointed out the reception I thought I should be going to he said that was the Hyatt (who used to own it). There is no other hotel in Sanctuary Cove, how can he just leave passengers hanging. Very poor performance from the driver I felt and won't be using the service again.

Very efficient transport, driver gave us a good impression of the areas around where we we staying. Suggested places of interest to visit. We were very gateful for his information as we are in our seventies and my husband has health issues and is unable to walk any distants.Many thanks for your service. Jeanette

This is a great service to have if you are not staying in a hotel but in a residential area. The transfer was on time and there were no issues at all, easy to book. Definitely recommend to anyone to do.

Not much of a welcoming trip to Queensland. No air conditioning. (Vehicle should have been taken out of service). Driving poor and erratic. A disappointing customer experience.
