Doing what: Golden Circle Classic Day Trip from Reykjavik
Locations were great. Our guide was well versed in all aspects of the locations. The charge for the steam plant was unnecessary.

Doing what: Reykjavik Super Saver: Blue Lagoon Round-Trip Transport plus Gulfoss and Geysir Half-Day Tour
Absolutely brilliant day tour with only one hitch, we assumed we had bought the Blue Lagoon entry fee included in the price of £71. It was not explained enough in your web site before we went that you have to pay a further (5100 IKR) approx. £28 each to get in!! We hadn't realised we were only paying for the bus there and back. We hadn't taken enough money or a c.c. with us as we were going swimming and luckily they took pity and let us go in but were not happy. It is not explained also that the bus takes you back to the same place and you have to go on a different tour in the afternoon. Great as it was please explain this deal in more details to those booking so they realise they have to pay. There was two other couples on the coach that thought the same as us.
Note from Viator: Thank you for your feedback! We're sorry to hear you were caught off-guard by the entrance fee to the blue lagoon. To view which entry fees may be included or excluded on our tours, please be sure to check the "Additional Information" tab available for each of our tours. There you will find the Inclusions, Exclusions, hotel pick-up information, as well as a variety of other information. We hope this helps you for any bookings you may make with us in the future, and we wish you a very Happy Travels!

Doing what: Golden Circle Classic Day Trip from Reykjavik
We did his on our first day and what a way to start! Scenery doesn't speak for itself so the knowledgeable guide was a reall bonus. We saw Gullfoss,, Geysir, the Thingy, a volcano crater, Faxi falls, crossed 2 continents, saw a nice church, stopped off at a geothermal power station and back in time for tea. Icelandic Excursions were fabulous. Later that night I realised I had lot my phone. Told a driver at the Norhern Lights tour done later the same day and advised they had my phone in the office by the time we got back on the coach. Brilliant day. Brilliant company.

It was a very enjoyable day with lots of information from our great lady tour guide, she was fantastic. Plenty of photo opportunity and long enough stops at each destination. Would recommend this trip.

WONDERFUL!! I loved iceland, this tour was great, we saw so many things and the guide was friendly and informative. He stopped at places longer if we wanted to and was very relaxed. The Lunch at the farm was exceptional. I highly recommend this tour to see all the wonders of area in a day.

Doing what: Golden Circle Classic Day Trip from Reykjavik
Had a lot of fun on this tour, the views and stop off points were amazing, make sure you wrap up warm the area around the waterfall is so cold it takes your breath away. Make sure you invest in a good camera its will be worth it.

Really did a great job getting us to the different sights along the golden circle, which were phenomenal! The guide was informative and allowed us enough free time to explore all the areas of interest.

This is an amazing way to see Iceland!! We got to see so much in one day. Even in between sites we learnt alot of interesting information about Iceland. As we were on schedule the crew threw in a chance to see a volcano! I would recommend this o anyone.

Doing what: Reykjavik Super Saver: Blue Lagoon Round-Trip Transport plus Gulfoss and Geysir Half-Day Tour
If you're short on time in Reykjavik, this is the way to go. Pick up from hotel , then they take you to the main terminal to be transferred to a bigger bus with others before you head to Blue Lagoon. You're the first ones to arrive and it's nice and quiet before the rest start to trickle in after. You have about 2 hrs at the lagoon before you board the bus again and head to see the waterfalls and geysirs, all pretty cool sights. The only thing is , it said 1/2 day tour, not. Be prepared to be out from about 8:30 am from hotel to about 6:30-:6:45pm back to hotel, or they may drop you off downtown. This happened to be easter weekend here so be prepared most shops and some restaurants are closed. Tours were the way togo.
