When compared to other European capitals, Reykjavik is rather small; the population of its metro area barely tops 200,000, and Reykjavik proper is home to about 125,000 souls. However, what it lacks in people, it makes up for with thoroughly modern  ...

DeeDee, the guide on this tour was phenominal! She was very knowledgeable and entertaining during the whole tour. This was a day-long tour, and she maintained her energy level all day. This tour is a beautiful snapshot of Reykjavik, and they even managed to sneak in a couple of unscheduled stops. We had a full coach, but she was able to personalize the tour, and really made it memorable. The company was on time, and made it to our hotel in plenty of time for the pick up and drop off at the headquarters. A great tour! Kudos!

Helped by a pure blue sky and sunshine the milky waters of the Blue Lagoon proved the perfect way to chill out at the end of a fabulous trip to Iceland. Very relaxing and decadent sipping your favourite drink whilst bathing in lagoon and covering your face with the mineral cream freely available to give your own personal facemask treatment was a treat. Really great to just let the waters bath tired muscles that have trekked around the many varied features of this interesting volcanic land. You can save money taking your own robe and towels and flip flops. Its not cheap at 33 Euros a person but worth it for the unique experience, you can stay all day if you like so no need to hurry if you have the time.

The tour guide was very knowledgeable and very friendly. Got to see some amazing things in a short period of time. I don't think I would have been able to accomplish this much on my own.

On an evening where land-based tours were canceled due to a rating of 0, this tour still went out. Although not the elaborate, picturesque type, this tour enabled us to see the first (and only) sighting of the lights in two trips to Iceland in the past six months. The boat was comfortable, the crew was both knowledgeable and professional, and the little extra touches (e.g., the availability of hot chocolate) really made this outing.

We went to the Blue Lagoon 1st thing in the morning as it opened and so it was quiet. The whole experience was better than expected despite the weather being cold! Once in the pool you forget the cold.
The afternoon Golden Circle tour was great and we saw the most talked about natural features. The guide was excellent and told us lots of things about Iceland that we had been wondering about.
Well worth going on the trips in a day because we think you would become bored of the landscape.

We loved every minute of our tour! The scenery was breath-taking, and we saw so many different things in one day! Our tour guide was especially interesting, as she really knew her material, and she shared so much of her Icelandic culture with us. It was truly a rich experience!

Urti was absolutely fantastic! Made us feel very well-taken care of. The Glacier was beautiful, the highlight of my Iceland trip. The food and deserts were very good. I recommend people bring snacks and water for during the hike though. You will be famished by the end.

FANTASTIC VIEWS ALONG THE WAY WITH PLENTY OF STOPS AT WATERFALLS AND FOOD AND TOILET STOPS. TO SEE THE GLACIERS WAS AMAZING BUT THE HIGHLIGHT HAS TO BE THE BOAT TRIP THROUGH THE LAGOON FULL OF ICEBURGS WAS A SIGHT BTO BE SEEN. ALTHOUGH A LONG DAY WOULD NOT HAVE MISSED IT.
