The scenery is beautiful. Highly recommend this tour. The meal was delicious. Stops to see scenic sights were nice extras. Enjoyed the wine tasting at the end of the day. All it lacked was an overnight stay in one of the old castles. Saw at least a dozen castles overlooking the Rhine amidst the very picturesque countryside.

The morning trip to Heidelberg started not too early and the starting point was easy to find. Our guide was quite experienced and didn't talk too much also! Saw almost all of everything but of course it is a 4 and 1/2 hour tour and we couldn't stay too long in any place
The afternoon tour to the Rhine Valley was interrupted by late Friday afternoon peak hour traffic but we managed to get to the ferry on time after a bit of F1 style of driving. Magnificent views even through the occasional rain downpour so don't worry about rain. The dinner included was quite plain but I was hungry by then and ate it without complaint although.. I would suggest that the Wiener Schnitzel is not worth the extra money if it is offered to you. Recommended otherwise.

We had a wonderful time. It was a cold March day with snow flurries so there was only one other couple on the tour. The four of us became fast friends, and along with our guide, Michael, we and a wonderful conversation about the Rhine, the castles and everything else. The boat ride was nice allowing us to see the small villages and castles. I do know the flora is better in the summer, but no crowds allowed us to see everything easily and make friends.

Value for money. Being able to see nice scenery and take the River Cruise. The guide (George) even bring us to some additional attraction as we are ahead of time for the cruise.

Heidelberg and the Rhine Valley are must see! Would have liked to have more time walking around in Heidelberg. Our tour guide was a little bit of a "know it all" but overall a very enjoyable tour .

Weather was bad, but trip and experience was great. Our surprise was the high prices of lunch, even thought it was included in the tour price. The waitress did not explain to us that it would be an extra price. All of the people on the tour assumed that it was just part of the meal that we had paid for. The boat tour was amazing and Michael, the tour guide, was great. Maybe not try to sell the wine so hard. However, we did buy 4 bottles, but some the people felt it was more pressure to buy something else.

Great day fantastic bus driver with a really good sense of humour. Lunch does not include drinks and depending on what you choose to drink can be rather expensive specifically the ice wine,

Doing what: KD Rhine Pass from Mainz
The trip was awesome. I have never seen so many castles! The staff was accomodating and food was good. Made some new friends and would definately recommend it.
Would like to recommend that you advertise that the best seats can be reserved. All of the window seats in the front of the boat were reserved. I didn't know that was an option. We arrived early to get good seats. Fortunately the weather was not so bad that we spent most of our time on top deck.

Good trip. Weather was great. The only thing I suggest is that when someone books a trip with a child who can not be involved in the wine tasting, this means an adult can not be involved that one of the adults does not get charged for the wine tasting part because they have to watch the child.
