Doing what: Chichen Itza from Riviera Maya

Great day out with well informed guides who looked after you all the way there and back. Long day but well worth it!

Ruins were amazing to see, but too many vendors trying to sell stuff. Definitely ruined the atmosphere, especially when they try to sell something to you while you're listening to the tour guide.

Doing what: Coba Ruins Day Trip from Cancun or Riviera Maya

First, this was an excellent outing. The tour group was fantastic and kept the long day filled with fun and adventure.
Second, the description does not match the actual tour. The actual tour include zipline, repeling, Cenote, actual Mayan Shaman experience and much more. You need to update the description on your web site.

Doing what: Coba Ruins Day Trip from Cancun or Riviera Maya

This was a nice itinerary and our guide, Stefanos, was very good. Coba is still a site being discovered so it's not as developed as Chichen Itza - think of it as still being in the early days for that site. Bonus as you are still permitted to climb the pyramid here at Coba. The visit to a local Mayan village was very educational and gave better insight as to how they live. The day closed out with a dip at a cenote - very refreshing.

Had an amazing tour guide by the name of Robbi who definitely made the trip even more amazing. Ruins were very interesting and fun to explore, as well as the hike and remote afterwards. Would recommend to anyone and return next visit to Mexico!

Doing what: Chichen Itza from Riviera Maya

The temples were outstanding and the guides were very knowledgeable and informative. It was a long way to travel to get there but it was worth it in the end. We were last to be dropped off after visiting many other resorts so it was a long day.

Doing what: Coba Ruins Day Trip from Cancun or Riviera Maya

The trip didn't start off well, as the tour guide failed to collect us from our hotel, and we had to walk to a meeting point, despite a hotel collection being arranged. Once we were on our way the trip was amazing, stunning views, coba is amazing!! Then off to a cenote for a dip to cool down, once again the scenery was breathtaking. Definitely recommend this trip to anyone who appreciates history and stunning views

A great trip but insufficient pretrip info (ie-no mention of adventure parts-hiking,kayaking,repelling and zip line)

The bus ride there was very comfortable; the guides are knowledgeable.
Better valued package than other agencies offered.

Doing what: Chichen Itza from Riviera Maya

Great tour. The guides were very knowledgeable and made the tour interesting. The bus ride was very comfortable, and the tour guides were continuously offering drinks and snacks. The buffet lunch was adequate. We had just enough free time and the tour was just long enough as well, we were there on an extremely hot day and the guides made sure we were well looked after with shade and water. The trip to the cenote after was ok, not many people went swimming as the cenote was dark and cold, with fish swimming in the bottom. All and all a great day, even our young kids enjoyed the history and the day.

The ruins were great. I recommend renting bikes (only $3). When I did the tour, our guide took first to the cenote and then to the ruins. The ruins should be done first. After the work out at the ruins, the cenote would be a great relaxation.

Doing what: Tulum and Xel-Ha from Riviera Maya

The beach at Tulum is WOW and learning about the ruins is very interesting and looks fabulous, however it does get very hot there with little shade. Xel-Ha is a must do for anybody who likes snorkeling and words can't explain what a wonderful time you will have here no matter what age. Could easily spend the whole day there

Doing what: Coba Ruins Day Trip from Cancun or Riviera Maya

Chose to visit Coba as it is much closer to the Riviera Maya than Chichen Itza and were pleased we did. A very impressive sight and really loved being able to climb the pyramid. The tour company was great, even calling our hotel the day before to re-confirm pickup time. The tour guide was fun and informative. Was a bit apprehensive about visiting the Mayan family as it seemed a little intrusive going into their house but it wasn't as bad as I thought. The lunch was really good and the driver was very generous with the cold drinks all day. The cenote was a disappointment as it wasn't underground, it was really just a small lake and we were made to wear ill-fitting life jackets which made it impossible to swim. Still, it's ideal if you don't like the enclosed spaces and bats in the proper cenotes, and great for cooling off at the end of the day. Overall it was an enjoyable trip and I'd recommend it for a good value day out.
