Doing what: 5-Day Best of Italy Trip
We had a great trip, our tour guide Stefano was a mine of information. Our additional trips, such as Pisa, Nightime Boat tour Venice and Gondola ride were fantastic. We really enjoyed our 5 day tour, our accommodation was very good , the meals were better at our first hotel than the second at Mestre. We had left a bag in Florence and our WONDERFUL Stefano arranged for the luggage to be returned to us in Rome. I would highly recommend this tour, it was all we could have hoped for. Go Fantasia Tours!!!

Doing what: 3-Day Italy Trip: Naples, Pompeii, Sorrento and Capri
I loved this tour best of all. The hotel I stayed in Hotel Ambasciatori was the best ever hotel I have ever stayed in. From my single bedroom window I could see Mt Vesuvis and Capri and cruise ships. I was in heaven. The service, the food, the ambience, the surroundings in the hotel felt like you were royalty and you were treated as such. I would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Sorrento, you won't be disappointed.
The tour to Naples, Pompeii and Capri was fantastic. Our tour director and guides were great.
On the last day you had free time so you could either stroll around Sorrento, take a public bus to Positano or hire a private mini tour bus to take you along the Amalfi Coast. Well only 3 of us opted for the private tour at a cost of 65 Euros each (with more people it is less) and it was well worth every cent. Our tour guide Pietro was fantastic, he was very knowledgeable and very friendly. I would definitely recommend Pietro.
I fell in love with Sorrento and the Amalfi Coast and intend to go back there and tour around.
I highly recommend Viator as a great service provider in bus tours. I will use them again when I return to Europe and when I head over to the US.

Doing what: 3-Day Italy Trip: Naples, Pompeii, Sorrento and Capri
Pompeii was fascinating. We breezed through Naples - probably best anyway. Sorrento - what can you say. The best of hotels and dinners on site. Perfect sea shore setting. Capri trip was very memorable, absolutely beautiful. We took a side trip to Amalfi - not to be missed. Great guides. Everybody speaks perfect English - ruined my feeble attempts to speak Italian. This tour was the highlight of our Roman holiday.

Doing what: 3-Day Italy Trip: Naples, Pompeii, Sorrento and Capri
This was completely worth the money! We felt so spoiled! The visit to Naples was too short as we were given an hour tour with no personal time. We were told the best pizza, coffee and truffles are from Naples and then lead back on the bus. We ate outside of Pompeii (a small simple meal) and were given another tour around the ancient volcano destroyed tour. Afterwards, those going back to Rome and those continuing to Sorrento are separated and switch buses. Our group was split into 4 hotels. All the hotels were amazing except for one. I stayed at the GRAND Hotel Royal, the others stayed at other Manniello Hotels groups. I did feel bad for the one honeymoon couple as they had the worst hotel and were stuck on top of the town without an ocean view. M hotel was amazing though with buffet breakfast, dinners and an amazing ocean view. We also went to Capri as lunch was handled with a tour of the blue grotto. Our time at AnaCapri was really pressed but still fun. An amazing visit! The last time was a personal day where I took the time to go to Positano by bus. It was beautiful but I am very happy with my decision to stay in Sorrento. I will definitely be doing this tour again and I recommend it to everyone!

Doing what: 3-Day Italy Trip: Naples, Pompeii, Sorrento and Capri
This trip was just perfect! The right amount of time to spend in both Naples and Pompeii, and the hotel in Sorrento was lovely. Dinner both nights was amazing, and also a nice breakfast buffet. I had a view of the bay outside my hotel window. The day trip to Capri with Sascha was very pleasant, and we got to see the Blue Grotto. You should definitely go on the chairlift to the top of the island, also - the view is breathtaking. I took the bus to Positano on the 3rd day, and it was so beautiful, the color of the water was unbelievable. It was raining off and on during the whole trip, but that helped to cool down the temperature and humidity so it was pleasant, and when the bus left Sorrento we could look out over the bay and there was a full rainbow stretching from Naples to Capri. It was amazing!
(I would not advise trying to go to more than one town on the Amalfi Coast that 3rd day, though, because you might be waiting for the public buses for a while and might not get back to Sorrento in time for the tour bus back to Rome.)
I would definitely recommend taking this trip!

Doing what: 3-Day Italy Trip: Naples, Pompeii, Sorrento and Capri
Absolutely wonderful. I loved every moment and the anticipation of it all. The service was great, the bus was a bit beaten up but ok overall. I absolutely loved Sorrento and Capri. The Guide for capri, Sasha was the best, great humor, lots of patience and very knowledgable. Try to request him!. Capri was belong words...Try and take the teleferico to the to of the island and you will get some incredible photos. BTW the trip is log so try and get comfortable as the roads are very much curvy and full of turns. I wish there was a 4 day tour of Sorrento and Capri only as they have so many things to see. Pompeii was great but you can skip it as Napoli was a bit too unclean for my taste. What made the best part of Capri was the visit to the Blue Croto..a great experience. I would recommend this trip to anyone!.

Doing what: 3-Day Italy Trip: Naples, Pompeii, Sorrento and Capri
This three day tour is a must! The visit to Naples is quick. However, our tour guide, Fabiano, made sure to show us all the must-see spots close to the port. Definitely made us want to book a return trip to Italy to see more of the city! Pompei was unbelievable! Fabiano was extremely knowledgable and made the 2 hour tour quite entertaining. The time spent in Sorrento was fantastic! We stayed in a beautiful hotel, ate scrumptious meals, and most of all just enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere of the costal city. There is ample free time in the evenings for exploration and shopping. We were lucky enough to visit the Blue Grotto on our visit to the island of Capri which definitely made my trip! The time spent in the boats was a lovely oppurtunity to bask in the sun! I strongly suggest taking the chair lift up to the top of Capri dung free time after lunch. The views are spectacular and it is a great oppurtunity for pictures. The free time on the third day allows you the option to explore the coast as you wish. We had been hoping to make it to Amalfi. However, we did not get up early enough! Instead, we spent the day by the water. It was a perfect way to end an amazing three days. This tour is a must! In my case, it was a great vacation from my vacation in Rome but it was a spectacular taste of the southern cost of Italy! Well worth it!!!

Doing what: 5-Day Best of Italy Trip
What a great trip. A lot to be packed into 5 days but well worth it. We did the three star package and stayed in Mestre. No problem. Easy getting back to the hotel via bus from Venice. Our tour guide Mario did a great job. It would be nice to be able to charge the optional trips via credit card as the guide only took cash (Euros). So make sure you bring enough cash. we didn't do all of the optional trips but the optional excursions to PISA and Venice at Night were worth it. Hotel Diana is very close to the Termini and the Metro.

Doing what: 3-Day Italy Trip: Naples, Pompeii, Sorrento and Capri
My partner and I had little time, so chose this 3 day trip. It was a highlight in our 2 month trip! It was definitely value for money; the accommodation was beyond anything we thought we could afford, the local guides were brilliant. We would highly recommend this tour!

I'm not really into taking a tour but this one I really enjoyed. We had plenty of free time after the tour. All our guides we're excellent and showed concern for the travelers. The Hotel in Sorrento was beautiful with an amazing view. Will definitely go back and take at least 5 days

Doing what: 3-Day Italy Trip: Naples, Pompeii, Sorrento and Capri
I would highly recommend this trip. Initially I thought it was a bit too expensive but in hindsight it was definately worth it. We took 3 days out of a week in Rome to do it and were delighted we did. It made our short holiday complete. The tour guides were friendly, helpful and informative. Everything was timely and prompt not delays and no problems overall. Pompeii was fascinating and Sorrento and Capri were beautiful and worth the trip. We stayed in the Ambassador Hotel in Sorrento and it was fabulous one of the high lights of the trip. Our guide arranged a separate private tour for 8 of us to do a further day trip to Amalfi and Positano from Sorrento which was another great day out and fairly priced. Our visit to Naples was short and sweet but again the Tour guide showed us the highlights excellently and much to my surprise Naples was worth stopping off to see on route. Very happy overall with the trip content, locations, and guides. This trip was a definate winner all round! R Donegan, Ireland. May 2012

Doing what: 5-Day Best of Italy Trip
This was a wonderful trip! I would definitely recommend it for people who want to see a lot in just 5 days. Our tour guide Alessandro was very gracious to all of us; he made sure that everyone was well taken care of and that we had enough breaks, and he didn't walk too fast for us. The historical information was very interesting, also. I felt very safe with the group, which was important for me as a woman travelling alone in a foreign country. And I got a room right on the Grand Canal in Venice, which was wonderful (though not everyone got this, it's just that the hotel had a little room for one person that they could put me in).
I think this trip is a good overview of a number of cities and towns, and by having someone else do all of the coordinating for you it saves a lot of time (it would have taken me all day to figure out how to get to Murano in Venice by myself).

Doing what: 2-Day Italy Trip: Naples, Pompeii, Sorrento and Capri
Do not miss this one! It was 2 days in paradise! The hotel was suberb, the tour guide was hysterical, and it didn't hurt that the 6 people on this trip together became family...how could you not when you are touring such a beautiful area of Italy! DO THIS ONE!!!!

Doing what: 3-Day Italy Trip: Naples, Pompeii, Sorrento and Capri
Very nice break to get out of Rome and see the beautiful countryside. We saw too many wonderful things to comment on them all, but of course the highlight of this tour was Pompeii. Have to see it because words cannot convey the magnificence. Also the day spent in Capri was beautiful. Rode the chair lift to the highest point on the island where there was a 360 degrees view of the island. We had a small group and a great guide.
