Great tour and very knowledgeable guide.

I found that the wording of the info for this tour was very misleading. Our tour guide (a lady named Deborah) did a wonderful job - she got us in very quickly after the gates were opened (3rd row seats right in the middle). We assumed that since the tour started at 8:30 and lasted 2 to 2 1/2 hours that the Papal Blessing would be over at around 11 - which was good for us because we had to catch a train at 1:15. Unfortunately we had to leave at 12:00 noon before the Audience was completely over so we wouldn't miss our
train. I really think you should try to make this clearer in your description of the tour.

Had a great tour guide that while we were waiting for the Pope to arrive, gave us a great lecture and answered ALL our questions. She also seated us so that when the Pope arrived, he passed within 8 feet of us. A five-star tour all the way!!!

Even though I was unable to attend the second half, the Vatican museum and St. Peter's basilica tour was a great experience.

Tour guide in the morning at the Vatican was entertaining and extremely well educated in the Vatican Museums. She made the tour memorable and was by far the best guide we experienced. Our guide for the afternoon at the Basillicas was entertaining, educated and passionate with her commentary. Big thanks to both these ladies. Only issue was not enough time to view the sistine chapel more thoroughly. We should have gone back in out free time.

Wow, if we had to have stood in those lines, I don't know if we would have stuck it out. It was amazing, beautiful and so breath-taking. Your guides are so friendly, attentive and really "know their stuff". Thanks a hundred times over.

Our tour on May 14th was wonderful. We saw more than we expected and it all went so smoothly. Thank you for making our visit to the Vatican so great.

It wasgreat we sure learned alot what histroy. the quides were informitive . and smart and funny at times humor is all part of the fun. Also it was great to go to the front of the 1km line up. that Iam sure alot of people waist have there day in. Good job I hope the quides get paid well.

While our guide was good, and helped us to navigate through to the Square, the tour really provided no other benefits. We sat pretty far away from the the Pope's platform, struggled to hear and understand the ceremony (might have been good for the guide to provide more context around the ceremony). While it was inspiring to be in St Peter's Square, with the Pope in attendance, the placed was mobbed, and took away from the spiritual experience of this event.

Our guide was good. She was giving interesting info about the history of Vatican while waiting for the event. But best of all, we got great seats to see the Pope making this activity the highlight of our Roman holiday! Highly Recommend.

The service in general was very, very good, the tour guide was a charming girl from Alabama and she has strong legs that put us right on the first row! The only problem was fighting the Chinese who advanced to the front row with Mao Tse Dong flag in hand and yelling and pushing, as usual, of course not the company's fault. I truly recommend their services, as well as their Vatican Museums and Basilica.
