The Eagles Nest was still closed for winter so we were taken to the Documentation Centre and the Salt mines in Berchtesgarden. Both trips were well organised and the vist to the salt mines was great fun. Knowledgeable and courteous guides, good buses and enough time for rests.

Doing what: Berchtesgaden and Eagle's Nest Day Tour from Munich

A great tour with a good driver and guide. The tour was everything we expected and the time given at "The Eagle's Nest" was sufficient to take in the sights. A great tour and we can thoroughly recommend it - we are very glad that we did it.

Doing what: Eagles Nest in Berchtesgaden Tour from Salzburg

This Tour came up to expectations, the scenery was magic. The Guide was fantastic.

We so enjoyed this. It was unbelievable views and the feat of the men buidling it up there was incrediable. Highly recommend anyone to visit

A fascinating day out especially as the weather was just perfect. Our guide (Bridget?)was charming and very knowledgeable and she even had a Band Aid for me when I tripped and fell, picking up a little souvenir of Eagle's Nest.I would recommend this trip to anyone.

This tour was well organised. It is worth travelling to Eagles Nest for the history of the area and the view. Though we were given strict timelimes for each section of the tour, there was plenty of time to enjoy what you were doing and the participants could understand why those timelines were necessary. We certainly didn't feel rushed. The scenery is magnificant.

The half day outing was well organised and a great experience. The commentary was well balanced and entertaining and the lunch break in Berchtesgaden was just the right length. The scenery was outstanding. It would assist if you offered a phone booking service as internet booking was difficult for us.
